Good Morning To be honest i was very disappointed. There were items missing from the hot Buffet as they had ran out of stock,however no substitute was offered. The bar service was awful.The staff were more pre-occupied with prepping food in the back room. I spend around 90minutes in there.Not really value for money with the issues i experienced.I wouldnt recommend Kind Regards Neil Rees

I would not use this lounge again, not what I was expecting from an executive lounge. I will try the lemons lounge next.

There was dried up bean curry with crispy dry rice the only hot food. Empty plates where there should have been cheese, meat, salad. Only packets of biscuits with prepacked cheese. A huge queue at the bar. No replenishment took place for the hour we were there. I complained on FB, emailled and was told the manager said it was as it should be! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Arrived at 3.40 pm, no-one there to greet us, Only one person in lounge, he informed me that the member of staff was on his break, one other member of staff was in kitchen, he informed me that they were short staffed. There was only a very small amount of dried up hot food left, cakes dried up. Very disappointed. I immediately wrote a review on trip advisor. We were asked if We’d mind leaving at 5 pm so that staff could help out at the other Aspire Lounge. The staff were very polite but I cannot recommend Aspire Lounges based on this very poor experience. A total waste of money.

Unfortunately I cannot evaluate the lounge because I could not get in. Great disappointment!! They could not see my reservation and said that I was not confirmed. However my agent was charged and they paid for my service. So I spent 2.5 hours wandering around the airport. Very disappointing!!!

We have used the lounges a few times and never had a problem but this time it was the worst experience we've encountered found the staff quite rude and was made to feel really uncomfortable by a bar staff member who questioned what time our flight was but didn't explain why until I questioned him bearing in mind this was only our third drink and being mature adults who know our limits and flight regulations found extremely insulting and were made to feel uncomfortable which didn't help the start of our holidays

Horrible experience. Front desk employee was unwilling to assist at all. Beyond lazy and unprofessional. If this was my company, I would fire her immediately and bring her supervisor to my office for a serious talk. I doubt I will be stopping this lounge anytime soon.

Don’t waste your money, tired, delapidated, no atmosphere, unhelpful staff and standard of food is below average. If you want transport cafe then this is for you if not don’t waste your money. Facilities elsewhere are of better quality and standard.

I will never book again I have been in this lounge b4 but never again it was sat 16 th March 2019 345pm, I went to the bar fir a gin and tonic no tonic I was offered a gin n butter lemon it was disgusting I asked for crisp or some sort of snacks was told there where none , I got to to check a cracker box left empty on the side it wasn’t clean I was offer some dry pasta that looked like it had been ther for hours I paid for four of us one of the party doesn’t drink alcohol asked for j20 ther were none !!! I said over £80 and what for next to nothing

Mens toilets out of order so had to queue for the disabled this was also not very clean wifi was so slow I switched to my 4G as it was quicker not the experience you expected from an executive lounge

As this was a birthday treat for my mum I bought myself, my sister and my mum tickets for the Aspire Lounge before we flew out to New York. I was extremely disappointed. The lounge felt dirty and worn out. The chairs were torn and it was extremely cold, where we sat with our jackets on. There was no background music, it was quiet and you felt as though you couldn’t talk. I had also asked for a cocktail at the bar and was told you didn’t offer cocktails, however a friend had received one the week before. I was disappointed with the whole experience, it wasn’t the start to my holiday I was hoping for.

I was not impressed with the Dublin lounge, I thought the food selection was poor, no variety in what you could have warm as porridge that was nasty was the only hot option. The lounge had lots of dirty crockery on tables as the staff were slow to tidy. The receptionist was snotty and rude, and no where was it advertised in the terms and conditions that there was a 2 alcoholic beverage per person rule. It was a waste of money to use the lounge. The temperature was also too high! Save your money on this one it’s nog worth it!

Poor food selection of poor quality. Hot food was not hot and over cooked and dry also soup was cold. Lamps on chairs were broken all over the place, visible dirt and dust dirt marks on chairs food items under the chairs. Unfriendly staff most of the staff had a poor attitude. Out of 67 countries and countless airports this lounge is by far the worst I have ever seen.

I along with a friend and my son booked into your lounge at Birmingham South for 13.30 Thursday March 7th via order number 799908. We arrived 15 minutes early but we were allowed to enter by your staff member. After two hours in the lounge the same staff member rather rudely and curtly informed us as we had already had three drinks the next drink would be our final one. We were absolutely not under the influence in any way or causing any kind of disturbance. My understanding was I had purchased 3 hours of time and I had not seen that there was a limit of 4 drinks. Where does it say this? She also was under the completely wrong assumption that we were with a large group who were there when we arrived who happened to be on the next table. We never spoke to them or I do I have any knowledge of who they were. They were much louder than I personally would approve of but were not causing obvious trouble. I have used the Aspire Lounges, booked by others, several times previously and was keen to show my son how good an experience it was. Then to be asked to leave like some drunk 18 year old at a public house for the first time was incredibly embarrassing and belittling. What should have been a relaxing experience turned into a situation where I was treated like a naughty child and the fact I had paid for 3 hours of food and drink, alcoholic or otherwise, was ignored. I was far too embarrassed to take her name, but I can tell you she was middle aged and of Asian dissent. Her rude, zealous and unfair action needs addressing.
