awful... so so busy.. couldn't even find a seat at first cause it was so full. Kids running around everywhere. Shouldn't let that many people in, it's meant to be a relaxing luxury experience.

Rarely had all the menu available during our visit with them. Extremely busy and seemed to have little staff on rota. It was the first day of school holidays so it was going to be busy. Need more staff. Dirty in places and needs a good clean. Toilets....best not to go, just hold it in and use the airport facilities. Very dissatisfied as this was brought as a gift for my Mum and Sister and it did not meet standards

Staff lovely as always... Our party had 2 vegetarian in it and there wasn't any vegetarian sausage, it was very early 4am but not a lot to choices really and it was expensive £30.each we all felt not great value for money. I've used this lounge many times and had no problem.

I would never book this lounge again for my family of 4 We wanted a proper breakfast and there was very small amount of food - if you wanted bacon or sausages you were lucky there was not beans no toast no eggs no pastries no fruit is very a poor show Table and seating area was not comfortable or relaxing and tables were not big enough for a family of 4

This is the second we have used the Aspire lounges in Heathrow, the first time being Terminal 5, and I'm sorry but they are just not worth the money, firstly the quality of the food is appalling, and the drink is also not great, for instance my wife asked for a White Wine and was told is Spanish ok, no choice of chardonnay etc, most of the staff struggle with English and you certainly don't get 3 hours as the time starts 3 hours before you fly, even though you have to board and get through security etc during that 3 hours timeframe, so at most you get 90 minutes to 2 hours.

This was my second visit to the Bristol Lounge. My first visit was not acceptable because you could not confirm the allergin status for any of availabke meals. Your customer services then gave us a free pass to use on our next holiday. On this occasion I was just informed that every dish may contain fish or nuts, so again I had a very very limited choice of basically cheese & biscuits. Yet again it was a very disappointing start to my holiday.

This lounge is not what you would expect. It’s crowded, the food is at best mediocre and the bathrooms are filthy

Visited Executive Lounge before a weekend away and found it to be poor quality. Lounge was cold and airy. Selection of bacon rolls sat under a heat lamp and were all hard and crispy as they had sat there for some time, some fruit, cereals and yogurts. Very poor selection of food compared to Edinburgh. Not value for money and not inviting.

The food was cold and tasteless, there was no cutlery and the wait for a drink was long. Tables weren’t clean and nothing was cleared away. We where told that it would get quieter once the main flight of the day began to board. That was our flight to Dubai. Really really bad for the price that we paid.

Food mediocre ,pancake machine ran out of ingredients as shown on the front of the machine when I asked if it was going to be filled up a male member of staff blatantly lied and said the machine was broken. I was in a group of 6 and we will all be unlikely to book again.

I paid for the lounge and the money was taken from account, the staff couldn't find my booking so a friend of mine had to pay $80 for me to use this lounge. In these modern times how the booking not show on the system????

We were very disappointed as the tables and floors hadn't been cleaned. There was no hot meat option, beer or red wine. We had to ask and then wait for forks and mugs. We have previously used No1 lounge but thought this year we would try Aspire, not sure we would book another Aspire lounge based on this experience.

The sandwiches were very basic. Filling and butter. No option for diary free diets that don’t want butter in sandwiches. Some hot food - not soup- would be nice Very disappointed there were no tv screens to watch news etc Improvements are needed to make the place more customer friendly

Whilst the food was decent, there was a distinct lack of choice . It would have been nice to have a selection of sandwiches available too, eg cheese, egg mayonnaise etc Of more concern is the fact that we nearly missed our flight due to the misinformation provided in the lounge. The screen in the lounge was showing our flight as “go to gate”, Whereas in fact all the passengers had boarded and the plane was waiting for our party and had been doing so for sometime. Had we not per chance decided to go to the gate then the plane would have left without us. I shudder to think of the consequences of this. We have been using the escape lounge for many years and have never had this problem.

Not accessible when arriving from international flight coming in to Montreal ! I tried to access it before passing through customs/immigrations but that failed. Once you have passed the local customs you can not enter the international zone, so the ticket becomes useless. I paid 34 EUR for a useless reservation

Arrived 1.5hrs before due to close. We knew this so was not a problem. However, the quality of the food was extremely poor. Salad was low on stock, had to ask for it to be replenished. The cheese and ham had obviously been out a while as had the bread rolls. Meat in the curry was dry as was the rice. No accompaniments (popadums, naan etc available). The veggie dish looked like it had been scraped together. Deserts where poor, and again had been out for a while. I understand the issues some customers have with greediness over alcohol but to see 'warning' signs over being questioned if you order 2 drinks is somewhat over the top and very Big Brother for those of us who can control their intake! Whilst I understand that we had booked the lounge for the last 2 hours meaning we would only have a short period of time in there, we still paid the same as those who had a much better quality and choice of food!
