Very unhappy it was more like a doctors waiting room most of the comfortable seating was reserved which meant we had to sit on what could only be described as school classroom chairs. No TV on apart from smooth radio appreciate not everyone wants TV but perhaps sky news with no sound would be an option.Booked for 3 hrs stayed only 90 mins.Would not recommend.

Dear John, Thank you for taking the time to review us, I am sorry on this occasion you did not enjoy your stay with us. I can assure you this is very unusual for the lounge as they usually receive recieve really positive reviews. This was NOT the experience I wished for my family traveling with me. Most of the food trays empty! No plates or bowls available for guests! Paid full price for 3 adults however, would have been given complimentary entry for my Air Canada status (request a refund)!!!

Visited aspire lounge at terminal 3 Heathrow Sunday afternoon 28 Oct. very disappointed. No nuts or olives left to have with drink. Few pieces of cheese. Couple of scones. Couple bowls of poor quality pasta. Very disappointed. Staff in lounge unhelpful. Used same lounge at Luton few weeks earlier - so much better. Good selection of food and drink and staff couldn’t do enough.

Not happy at all as arrived only to be told lounge had overbooked and to come back in an hour which in total honesty was not a great start to the holiday! Could not get an instant refund nor were offered anything in the short term. Not impressed at all. .

Kept running out if food and bottles of spirits were empty. A customer had to knock on the kitchen door to ask for replacements

Hi Elizabeth, I am very sorry to hear this. I believe any issues with over-bookings have been dealt with and those customers refunded. I can assure you this was an isolated incident and not our usual standard. Many Thanks The Aspire Team

worst lounge in the uk , i travel on a regular basis out of different airports in the uk , i arrived at this bristol lounge and the moment i walked through the door the person behide the bar (man ) looked at me and said in a really aggressive tone we shut in 30 mins and there’s no food if you have to come in ?? , it suprised me to say the least ! he then grabbed my booking from my hand and said your late ?? i then said well can i go to the other lounge and was told in no again in a aggressive manner ! i left £29 less in my bank and went to the bar opposite ! really this was beyond belief and you need to give some customer training to this member of staff , i will be sharing this review on social media , the date was 2/11/18 brs / alan hughes mr

If you go with Aspire go for the plus at least you can serve yourself even if Lurch gives you a disapproving stare. We got moved to the cheap one because they were closing! BIG signs up saying only 3 drinks allowed! All of which is served by an equally grumpy waitress. Something to do with flight safety!!! More like saving money especially as their large wine is served in a thimble! Food sloppy. Not going to bother again

We were disappointed with our recent visit to the Aspire lounge. We’d paid £85 for a family of four and initially there was nowhere to sit; halfvthe lounge was reserved for Singapore airlines people who didn’t arrive while we were there, so a member of staff had to ask people to share a table so we could sit down. Then there was the breakfast, which was not as advertised; “Danish pastries” turned out to be just dry croissants. No toaster or bread products were available. The selection of cereals was very limited and the fresh fruit consisted of a fruit salad comprising apple and orange melon only. The hot breakfast wasn’t up to much either. We were thoroughly disappointed as as we hadn’t eaten breakfast due to an early start, my daughter went hungry as there was very little suitable for her. Definitely not worth the money we paid.

The area was overbooked with lack of seating which caused queues. On the day we visited before our long haul flight there was a missed food and drink delivery which meant a number of items such as nuts, crisps and soft drinks were not available. I have requested a refund I was so disappointed which the whole experience.

When we arrived they were late opening due to only 2 staff then stated they were not accepting certain bookings due to the limited staff, so we failed to use the executive lounge.

We pre booked the aspire lounge but on arrival was told to wait as the receptionist had to check to see if there was room for us which I find strange as we booked this. Drinks was fine but the food was terrible dried up where it has been left fZor so long, the so say cheese board you advertise was cubes of 2 cheeses and a packet of crackers, the only thing worth eating was the peanuts, this was the first time I had visited the aspire lounge and most defiantly will be my last.

Lounge is overpriced for what you get. Food was below average and the seating areas were not organised very well. Too many people but not enough space to sit. People should be allocated tables or areas for their booking. I would not recommend it and found the whole experience terrible.

The breakfast wasn't very good there was no hot food staff weren't very welcoming I ended up leaving and going to get hot food because a croissant isn't really filling so I had the worst experience in a lounge ever

Very disappointed with my recent visit. We have used executive lounges many times without issue but on this visit there were only2 staff to cover everything. We queued to get in as they were serving at the bar. The food was cold and we then had to wait for cutlery. When questioned we were told we are doing our best. I do not think we got anywhere near value for money and will not be returning

Booked into Aspire plus lounge, Newcastle on Saturday 29th September 2018. The staff are extremely unhelpful and would benefit from a customer service course. The girl who worked on reception who then worked on the drinks counter asked me if I should be in the lounge when I asked for a drink. Altogether not a positive experience considering that I paid to be there. Very unhappy with the experience.

Horrible food, (especially being a vegetarian) rude and obnoxious staff! Not worth one penny whatsoever. I rang and left a voice mail of complaints and asked for a total refund and I have yet to receive a call or email.
