Food choices very poor. Said on website scones, jam and clotted cream available! No it wasn't. No cleaning of tables, no social distancing measures, food looked like something a cat would bring up and still charging full price for an experience very different to the past. Customers having to pay full price in order for the lounge to apparently open up with safe measures!! Not appropriate . Used covid 19 as an excuse for the bad service. Then as apparently a gesture of good will offer 10 or 15 percent off of the next visit 🤔. That's not acceptable.

This was my worst lounge experience ever; and I have used airport lounges regularly. The range of food was very poor and what was available was not hot just warm. When I asked for a bread roll to go with my Luke warm soup there were non available. Drinks in plastic glasses!! No butter for the meagre selection of cheese and biscuits. All in all I feel as if I have been conned out of my entrance fee and I would rather have stayed on the main airport bars where it seems service, quality and range of products were much more appealing. Not a good experience in any way and unless things improve dramatically I will not be using this lounge again. The people with me are all of the same opinion.

No toilets in the lounge - so no sense of privilege. Food poor; little choice and the sausage bap was dried up and tasteless. No papers. Staff surly. The most disappointing lounge I have visited and the biggest waste of money (over £30 a head for a dried sausage bap and cup of coffee). Will not visit again.

Food was very poor - breakfast : There was only a stale sausage bap and a cup of yoghurt and a pre packaged shop bought muffin (which I couldn’t eat!). Understanding it was due to Covid however a warning should be given before paying £25 for entry to no food options OR how about providing a shield over the food and having a member of staff serving a hot breakfast? I would not return.

Shocking! There was supposed to be table service to comply with Covid social distancing, there wasn't. The staff spent more time in the room behind the bar, laughing and joking than actually being up front with the customers. All drinks served in plastic glasses. Waste of £160.00

I booked on line for the lounge , for three adults and three children, when we got there we were told they were due to close at 16:50 when our flight didn’t leave till 18:30! The manager eventually let us in for one drink! Still waiting for my money back !!! So poor why take the booking when you close so early !!!!!!!!

I booked the lounge for my cousin, Victor King. Because of now having to fly from Heathrow he had a very long journey and something to eat and somewhere comfortable to sit was important to me as he is 79. We had looked on line at the food available and the fact that it was table service. There was basically no food and it was self-service. He managed to get some tomato soup in a polystyrene cup. There was no bread or rolls and eventually he "filled" himself up with a hot chocolate. As he said, at least he had somewhere comfortable to sit and he did have some wine. One of the staff there had such a short skirt on that when she bent over, knickers were revealed. Regards, Sheena

The booking process was very confusing and was unable to use my booking after paying for it. The website asks for the flight details for departure, and on the confirmation page shows a 'check in time' which is exactly 3 hours before the departure of the flight, next to the departure time of the flight. This looks like a notice about when one should be checking in for the flight - it is not clear that this is the time one is allowed to check in to the lounge. I was on an 8-hour layover and needed lounge access for the whole time. On later reading of the web page, the FAQ indicates that the booking is only for 3 hours. On discussion with 'customer support' on the web page, I was told that Aspire bookings were for '3 hour slots' - however, it is *impossible* to use a 3 hour slot since one has to be at the gate a minimum of 45 minutes before the flight, or longer for USA flights (which is what I was taking). Customer support told me that they opened a complaint ticket (I was given number 187453) but weeks later no-one has communicated with me.

I would have loved to have used the lounge, however, my flight was cancelled 48 hours prior to our departure. Attempts to advise you via telephone, and reclaim my money were totally futile. As you have my email address would someone be kind enough to contact me regarding my refund?

Due to the covid 19 break out and the cancellation of all Indian visas, I was unable to experience of the aspire lounge, so unable to offer my opinion at this time, the pics and others reviews it sounds great. I would hope at some point to be able to experience it for myself, hope all staff ok and stay safe

There was a 1 in 1 out policy which I understand was due to Covid 19 however when then allowed in half the food was empty and there was very little on offer. I do not understand the value of what we paid for!

Nourriture vraiment pas bonne, pas de choix. Pour le prix demandé ça ne vaut vraiment pas la peine. C'était la première fois et ce sera la dernière. Je ne le recommande pas du tout, gardez votre argent et payez vous un bon repas dans un des restaurants de l'aéroport.
