Very disappointed mess all over the tables and on the floor limited places to sit, no bread, limited choices of food, and difficult to talk to staff would not use this service again

Shocking. Don’t waste your money. Dire uncovered food. No cans of pop or bottled water in fridge. Cold atmosphere. Roped off inaccessible zones. Toilets used by everyone else in the air that were aware they were there. Didn’t have to be in the executive lounge to have access to the toilets. No toast. Bizarre inedible vegetarian sausage. Uncooked inedible pancakes. Just a totally dreadful experience all round

A disaster. No hot drinks as the machine was being replaced. I asked if they could pop right next door to Starbucks and was told, in no uncertain terms, NO. The lounge was really cold. Myself and at least 2 other people asked if the heating could be turned up but it remained really cold. The only hot food was lukewarm, watery, tasteless soup. Will not recommend or use again.

Very tired. Limited selection of food. Only one member of staff seemed to be doing any work (older gentleman), girl didn’t like being informed plates were wet and ignored us. Witnessed her moving cups and glasses by placing fingers inside!

Poor choice of food for price. No flavour. Drink choice ok. Not bottled soft drinks. Out of machine and again poor quality. Next time I will go to Starbucks !

Poor service from the bar, pre ordered prosseco waited 10 minutes.. Food was OK, little choice and not hot enough.. Not value for money in my opinion, so will opt for another lounge next time

Only vegetarian options available, multiple problems with coffee machines and over crowded. 35 quid for a few slices of cake. I asked to see the manager and she informed me I'd have to request a refund online. Couldn't be bothered but won't be visiting again.

Over crowded, noisy and the toilets were disgusting. There was poo on the walls!!! A total waste of money and I will be putting in a formal complaint about the toilet.

Very disappointed with the little choice of food. There was 3 of us and were shown to a table, then a member of staff questioned us as only 3 on our table, why we were sitting there! Spent £97 for a plate of salad. Waste of money.

I'm really sorry, but the experience was not good, you guys were very short staffed so the service was bad, the for was in short supply, the drinks were in short supply as we were all trying to order and the poor girl was overwhelmed. I've been in the same same lounge in Gatwick when flying to Vegas and it was fantastic so when the one in Luton opened I was keen to use it.... But never again, unless things change with the service I will be using Aspires. For the money I paid it was not worth it in any way. Sorry to give such a bad review but it really was that bad.

We had been very delayed through security and only arrived after 8pm. The staff ignored us on entry. I had to physically find someone to gain entry and this delayed us further. Staff continually told us they were closing. We felt unwanted and unwelcome. On leaving one gentleman did apologise. A quick cup of tea and a smile would have sufficed. We did have a right to be there how ever short the time.

Will not use this lounge again. Arrived at just gone nine in the morning and there were no sausages or eggs available for the entire time of our stay. Food choice was very limited. Did not feel we got value for money and would not recommend this lounge.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my recent visit to the Executive Lounge at Liverpool airport. The selection of drinks were quite limited, the tonic water was from a gun which tasted unpleasant. The quality of the food was very poor. My colleague and I were unable to eat the dishes that were provided. We resorted to buying a Sandwith from the shop next door and eating in in the lounge. On a positive note the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Further to my e mail of 1st March (179942) and my booking ref:_LHR3 1276763. My visit to the terminal 3 lounge for my family of 5 on 16th. February was one of the worst visits to an airport lounge I have experienced. I appreciate the lounge was very busy but having to squeeze 5 -people with hand luggage on to a very small table area for 4 was not what I had paid for. the food was very slow in being replaced and again not the quality as I would expect. I hope when I visit Manchester in May I will receive the standard and service expected.

The executive lounge was definitely not worth the money. The staff on reception were really rude as they looked me up and down disbelieving I had a reservation and tutted when I produced the booking. Guess if I was celebrity or came dressed for a formal engagement rather than a long haul flight I may have had a different welcome. The food selection was pitiful and the bar staff absent so the drink selection was coffee, tea, soft drinks or milk. There were few seats and the only positive was the carrot cake which they only had two slices left of which we shared between the three of us. Thankfully my flight left early so I didn't have to stay long.

Sadly we felt unwelcome by the member of staff who received our arrival. Seated area was stained and dirty. Food options for breakfast was very poor. Wont return or recommend Dublin airport lounge.

Awful choice of food, not replenished, asked to pay for crisps! Contacted head office after my return from holiday as I had paid over £200 for 9 people to have some crackers and cheese and some drinks. My complaint has been totally dismissed and I have been they cannot charge for crips dispite being told this by a staff member. Staff opinion is the only only opinion that counts . VERY Disappointing to say the least!
