As there was a 3 drink per person limit during our visit to Aspire lounge our complete party was extremely disappointed. We were told that it was necessary to stay within the aviation guidelines because of cover 19 however we since discovered that other lounges did not have the same policy. Also we were not aware of this when booking so now feel that we did not get value for money and would most certainly not have booked had we known. Apparently is was mentioned on the website but it must have been buried somewhere in the small print. As a party of 5 regular travellers abroad we will not be using Aspire lounges in the future

I was very disappointed with the lounge, just about got a seat, under staffed, approx 10 people at a times waiting at the bar to get a drink with 1 member of staff serving, no cold food, as soon as it was put out it was gone, what surprises me is that you know how many people you book in, and are happy to take the money!!! I felt sorry for the staff , will never return.

Having used your service many times, but not at Luton airport, we were very disappointed. We were served cold beer in a warm glass and was met with distain when I asked for a cold glass. The food was very poor. Was told we had to pay if we wanted prosecco, which we have never had to do it the past. Would probably not use again which is a shame as we have always found your services to ge excellent .

Table not cleaned, limits on drinks & the worst selection of food ever known in our experience of lounges. Executive lounges should refund our costs, please refund & make cheque payable to I Taylor.

Waited 10mins for someone to come and check us in. There was one person checking in and serving at the bar so when you wanted a drink you also had to wait 10mins minimum. Tables were not cleared so struggled finding somewhere to sit, ended up cleaning our own table and using hand sanitiser to sterilise the table top. Food variety was poor, veggie casserole and pork cider casserole which was too sweet, plus it was all lukewarm as it’s been sitting out on the side in boxes. I understand extra safety measures are taken into account for COVID-19 but it comes across that they’re using that as an excuse to provide a cheap and lazy service.

Poor. No baby high chair available and that was already in use. Meal/snacks inadequate. Lounge was crowded. Will not be using again.

Worse experiance ever. No social distancing what so ever. Head office staff not interested when complained nor are the lounge staff. Food well dried up scones and food served in a box that looks like a cross between sick and dog food. Limited to three drinks in thimble glasses. Avoid at all costs. Use the no1 lounges. Much more better and worth the money

Our visit this to the Espire Lounge at Amsterdam Air Port Schiphol was a disaster On August 23 on entering the lounge there was no choise of food except some old slalad dry bread and what they had was not fit to eat . For 60 euro's you would expect a proper meal or sandwiches but we were so dissapointed that we immediatly left and order food elswhere. I must say that last year was better but this year was truly a disaster. I hope you understand that paying that much for such poor quality is truly sad They should really do better in the future Kind regards

I know that we're in a pandemic, but when booked I was advised the lounge opened at 4, we arrived at 4.15 and had to wait 45 minutes. You should really have advised your revised opening times. Onto the food. Pathetic. Your buffet was excellent in the past. I'm fully aware that this isn't currently a viable way to serve your food, but a choice of a DRY roll with either a couple of bits of dry bacon, or a halved sausage (NO butter!), then having to practically beg a sullen, disinterested member of your team for sauce to wet the horrible dry roll, is not an acceptable alternative. If I'd known just how poor our time with you was going to be, I definitely wouldn't have bothered. To be charging the same money for MUCH less isn't good. Sorry, I'm flying several times in the near future, I definitely will not be using your service until we're back to normal.

Was actually very disappointed with every aspect. The food was very limited and literally unsuitable for children. There were no children options available but yet we were still charged for a child’s entry. Felt like we definitely overpaid for an experience we didn’t receive. Was going to actually send an email stating my issues.

Absolutely awful! Only 2 sausage sandwiches were available when we arrived so had to wait 20 mins for them to be served. Only croissant and scone available that were not fresh at all. Had to wait 20 mins to be served at the bar. My boyfriend was vegan so couldn’t eat anything. Complete waste of money.

We was very disappointed with our visit to the Aspire Lounge at Gatwick North. The check in process wasn’t particularly warm or welcoming to start with. Once we had sat down we went to take a look at what food was on offer, and it was incredibly limited. Pre portioned yoghurts in plastic pots with very tight portions, limited fruit and cereal options. There was an area where hot food was to be served but this was empty, and when food was placed here it creates a surge of people to the area. When we finally got the chance to try the limited choice of either bacon roll or sausage roll, we was very disappointed with the quality as it was clear they had used cheap supermarket bread. We then headed to the bar for a drink and was served average wine in very small glasses. Overall we found the whole experience underwhelming and incredibly poor value for for money. We’d paid almost £28 each and received a very poor selection of cheap food and 2 ‘thimbles’ of wine. We travel regularly and would normally use the No1 Lounge or the Clubrooms, we most certainly would not return to the aspire lounge.
