Overpriced and not comfortable. Waste of money. Left and eat and relaxed elsewhere in the airport

Absolute chaos, no seats, dirty tables, staff rushed off their feet

On arrival the greeting was unfriendly. Eventually we managed to find a seat in a very cramped area at the rear, would appear you have no control as people we spread out asleep and taking up space that we could have used. We also found it inconvenient to have to go outside of the lounge and into the main Terminal for the use of toilets. The food that was supposed to be hot was not and the selection was limited. We have used Lounges at Terminal 3&4 at Heathrow and at Gatwick and yours is the worst. In fact the first and last time we would use it. I await any comments you have.

Didn't visit, so I can't really comment. Nobody seemed to know where it was and time was so short that I never spent much time looking.

I used to love Newcastle’s Cheviot Lounge. Now Aspire has 2 mediocre offerings where you can’t even pour your own drink, all the mixers are in huge communal bottles and The (cheap and nasty) food is ‘left out’ in an unappealing buffet. OK it’s still an escape - but hardly a premium or pleasant offering. Toilets particularly nasty.

Not impressed at all - we paid up front only to find that it was cheaper for people who simply paid on arrival?! Ridiculous situation.

Unfortunately, this lounge was difficult to find and inquiries did not help much. A very bad location for Dubai. Dishes were not cleared, food were not refilled and the selection left much to be desired. The toilet rooms should be renovated. Were very disappointed. Feedback geben Verlauf Gespeichert Community

Such a disappointment- no seats - no toilets - no desserts even though I asked staff on two occasions. I love a lounge so I was very excited to try Aspire at Heathrow Terminal 5 but never again I’m afraid

Very disappointed with our visit hot food had been there for a while was not very tempting, no toast /toaster, just tea/coffee and only beer by the glass or can, food was brought in fresh when we were leaving after an hour and a half, thought it would be a good start to our holiday but it wasn't We were the only ones there

Small, bad WiFi and not very relaxing after flying 12 hours, waiting 5 hrs prior to connecting to another flight

Frequently use these lounges, this time took my parents in, who had never been before. Wish I'd gone to frankie and Benny's. Sausages were burnt to a crisp, no toast, definitely not worth the price. The chairs are uncomfortable, also, the segregated area for certain airlines makes you feel like a second class citizen. Certainly does not live up to expectations for £26.99 a person

On arrival staffing levels were very low, the staff were struggling to find our booking, the woman who checked us into the lounge was not very polite or welcoming. The lounge was messy and there was a constant queue for the bar which meant it took 10 mins to be served a beer. Normally a very good service but food levels were low and not replenished very quickly, 2 large groups of parties in stag/birthday tops. Struggled to get seated, no high chair for our child and plates or empty glasses were not cleared from our table during our stay. Very disappointed, put us off flying from Bristol in the future. Would look to stick with the BA lounge flying out of Heathrow.

The lounge was very poor indeed. Very tired, felt totally dilapidated, food was terrible and came across like a school canteen. I hate to say it but the worst lounge I think I have been in.

Lack of food; at times only a huge bowl of baked beans left out of the hot breakfast items. We left early in the end as it was overcrowded and we were unhappy with with the whole experience. I wouldn't visit the lounge here again and certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Overall, very poor.

Very very poor choice of food was dismal. I ended up having a scone it was from a supermarket multipack dry and tasteless. Unless you are going to use them to get your share of alcohol there’s no point and as I don’t drink it was an expensive waste of money. Best way to sum it up if I won it as a prize I wouldn’t go

Disgusting. No toilet facilities in lounge. No room to relax. Far too crowded. Minimum food menu. Felt like I was sitting in a corridor. Wouldn't recommend at all.
