“fair value for money when one considers that food and drinks are included. Staff as always, friendly and helpful, and the seating is comfortable. The quality of the food and drinks provided is good. The only downside that I can think of is that certain individuals, (a very small minority its got to be said), tend to over indulge in the drinks provided, and be a little noisy as a result. This would not stop me using your services in the future, however.”

“Enjoyed our recent visit to Aspire, terminal 2. Have visited on several occasions. However, would like to request non alcoholic beers be purchased. My husband is a drinker but prefers no alcohol before flying. Aspire is very relaxing lounge, friendly staff. Many thanks.”

“A very comfortable and relaxing start to our holiday, staff welcoming and informative, wide variety of drinks available, although feel that the breakfast buffet could be improved and plates could be bigger instead of small side plates, would highly recommend and will definitely use on our next holiday , Thankyou”

“The venue was extremely crowded but despite this, the facilities were clean and continually restocked. The staff were incredibly friendly and pleasant. I would gladly return. One power socket by the panel windows was out of commission which I referred to the staff on duty. The lack of power outlets was an issue combined with the crowds.”

“Would have been 5star but it was freezing cold the heating wasn’t on at 6am had to move twice to get a bit of warmth when a new member of staff came into the lounge she noticed it was cold and immediately turned the heating up apart from that everything was fine apart from the breakfast rolls are far to big need to put smaller ones out for people who are not big eaters”
