Another disappointing visit. We purchased the lounge as part of a gift for a friends birthday. The choice of food was mac n cheese or chicken curry & rice. Here was also a selection of brown lettuce, cous cous, olives, meats and huge chunks of cheese. There was a few broken biscuits near the coffee machine too. On arrival there was no guinness or tiger available and the only bottled beer ran out quickly. There was draft beer but as this was very frothy staff refused to serve it. We were left with wine or spirits but the mixers were warm. The staff were stroppy at best and we overheard them complaining about issues with keeping the kegs cool. It felt like each request was met with a hostile response and the staff seemed fed up. I spotted a basket of scones on the bar, but inly 2 portions of jam, i had noticed the clotted cream by the salad earlier but when i went to get some it was gone, i requested the cream and he girl disappeared, returning several minutes later, i then asked again and was abruptly told it had been put back out. This is my second bad experience in this lounge and dont think i would bother again in future.

Was very disappointed after paying £50 to enter. lounge was very busy and only 3 staff on doing everything, tables hadn't been cleaned mess everywhere, food was poor quality hot food wasn't labelled and didn't show dietary requirements, my husband a coeliac so needed to be sure what he was eating I had read menu online and did say gluten free but had to check. The buttered chicken and rice was awful rice well over cooked not a lot of chicken in it and tasteless so couldn't eat it, other food had run out staff didn't have time to fill it up, you can't just help yourself to crisps, water and beer like in Manchester you have to be served so always a big queue. I had been in work since 7.45 had a late flight so went straight from work and entered at 5pm thinking I would have my tea and a relax before I went. couldn't have a comfy seat straight away as either taken or tables hadn't been cleaned. Been in Liverpool lounge before and other airports and this was the worst experience ever. Staff are working hard and can't keep up with the demand so all money spent on new lounge was a waste of time if your not going to staff it properly and offer a standard like in Manchester. Have got plenty photos of dirty tables and unedible food but actually look disgusting so might put people off if I added them

We have visited this lounge on many occasions and now begin to wonder apart from the obvious price difference just why we continue to book aspire plus On this recent visit - 11th September 2018 - we were instantly disappointed There was very little to choose from where to sit , not to mention lack of food available Although the website boasts that food is replenished freshly and often We felt as if we were asking for the moon when approaching staff for drinks etc Not able to give a great review sadly on this occasion

Unfortunately - very overcrowded dirty room with limited tables - mainly reserved. Food quality & choice very poor & it took an hour an a half to put out new food. Internet a little on the slow side & kids running around. Drinks easy to get but very little gin in the gin and tonics!! First & last time we will use it. NOT worth the money.

I am so thrilled that I get to express my complete dissatisfaction of your Aspire Lounge Heathrow Terminal 5. Upon arrival after paying £34.99, for a reservation I was told very rudely by your desk assistant there was no space???, he eventually allowed me to go in, where upon you could offer warm white wine (disgusting) and a cheap awful red wine, the food was minimal, I wish to have a full refund, and by the way the service at the bar was appalling, the lady was most unhelpful, and was never at her station??? Your urgent reply would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, we made a mistake by booking this lounge as af get out last visit, we said that we wouldn’t book it again. Food cold and not very much choice. Spirits served in single measures and staff look at you rude if they see you asking for another drink in a short period of time. Tables always dirty as there aren’t ever enough staff to service the lounge correctly. We paid to get in, but people who have paid as part of their bank account were constantly turned away. Very disappointed!!!!! Book other lounges as this one really isn’t worth the money!!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this lounge to anyone. The food was disgusting slops and lukewarm, you had to wait for plates and cutlery, the bar only served a very limited choice of drinks. The staff had no idea what they were doing and the tables were left in a disgusting state. Overall an unpleasant experience and would like my money back

Having booked five months in advance we arrived, greeted by a rude gentleman who said we are very busy today and that you won’t be able to sit together,we were able to move some chairs around so we could.we then had to queue for any food,no plates then no curry then rice all to try and get one plate of food, self service drinks nothing being replenished just lots of empty bottles.not the stress free relaxing start that we had expected to our holiday.then because of the overcrowding lack of food and drink we tried the smaller lounge available where we were able to get food and drinks from very helpful staff unfortunately this meant a longer twenty minute walk to our gate, again not the stress free start that we had expected to our holiday our overall opinion is that it was £150 not very well spent, your feedback would be much appreciated yours expectantly chris share

Very Disappointed first time user.Sent purchased through Swisport on the website the closing time was 2230.We arrived at 2000 to be told Bristol shuts at 2100 so only an hour. We thought we would make the most of it but the constant hoovering made it virtually impossible. It felt like we were in a pub st closing time and the management wanted us to leave. Will never use the service again cost overc £125 for four of us fir an hour.very poor

Unable to get a seat due to it being so busy. People were just walking straight back out. Paid 34.99 and to not get a seat was not acceptable. I will not be using this lounge again. The food and drink looked ok but they simply did not have enough space to accommodate everyone.

For the price i thought it was disgusting, i went to get a glass of prosecco but got told it was an extra £4.99!!! Thought it was what we paid the £28 for, not a measly breakfast, burnt danish pastries, sour orange juice & too sweet hot chocolate, i definately won't be using again

What a disappointment!! We arrived at around 630pm (the lounge closes at 9) to minimal food options no curry left and had to ask for more salad. The staff seemed ready to clock off and were not attentive to customer needs. Although the lounge wasn’t full the tables were dirty and we even had to clean our own table (given kitchen roll by the staff!!!) we have been to lounges before and this was the worst wouldnt recommend
