Little or no choice of food. Slow to replenish what little choice there was.

A couple with two youngsters about 4 and 5 years. Very loud and badly behaved. Arrived about five minutes after us and stayed for the duration. We booked the lounge for a chill out start to our holiday ????????

The tables that people had been using and left were not cleared and cleaned, we had to sit at a table and move the empty plates and glasses to another table. The bar service was also quite slow.

Disappointed. Extremely busy under staffed hardly any food left and had to wait ages to be served drinks. Overall experience dissatisfied as I booked it for a treat for an anniversary present.

The range of snacks was good. Unable to see what drinks were available due to people sat at the bar area and no one to explain or help. The lounge is very small, noisy and not worth the money. I personally would much prefer the other lounge which I think is far better value for money. Quiet and relaxing it most definitely is not.

I have been using the executive lounges for several years and they were a welcome reprieve from the noisy main departure lounges. However, over time the executive lounge had become larger, busier and noisier and there are queues for the bar and a limted variety of snacks. Based on the current combined price for two people we very much doubt that we will use them again. Shame as we used to enjoy the experience.

Very crowded, noisy, no place to seat, no dishes or glasses. Being outside the "lounge" was much nicer. Wasted time.

Very disappointed. Lady at the desk was uncommunicative when my voucher didn't work. She only spoke in Dutch to the special assistance lady who was with us. Very little choice of food. Water in a jug. Not value for money

Lounge was extremly busy & they only had 1 person serving drinks, so extemely long queue for service, not good! Also food in extremly short supply, if not @ bar when rolls served, they dissapeared in an instant & then 20 min wait for replenishment. Was VERY dissapointed with level of serice provided

Very crowded. Very hot. The only settees were reserved. After an 11 hour flight had to sit on desk style chairs. No toilets in there had to go into main airport. No Speyside whiskey left as advertised as exclusive. Had to ask for condiments for food. Lots of staff hanging around doing very little. Not worth the money. Would not use again.

I thought for the price the food was pretty average and the lounge reminded me more like a cafe. I have certainly been in better.
