The air conditioning was so fierce that we were both shivering because it was so cold. I was glad to escape to the main areas. The food choice was very poor and I would prefer to serve my own drinks as in the other lounge.

Very disapointed on my recent visit. The queues were right back to the reception and it took 15mins from joining the queue to get served. And then they would only allow 2 drinks per person,we were in a party of four and the others were looking for somewhere to sit and keeping an eye on the baggage. Sorry for the negativity however Escape lounge opposite got our custom last year and will do again in future.

Cost of entry did not include use of showers. This should be displayed more prominently on your booking website. There were others checking in at reception also under the impression the fee included shower use.

I booked into the lounge for Monday 12th Sept from 11-1. Several things could have been better with our visit. The employee at the front desk was very rude to my mother. He let us in and then my mother went back over to ask him a question and he asked her what she was doing and how she got in. It also seemed as though the lounge was over booked as we had a hard time finding a place to sit. However, the food was pretty good, that was one positive. I was looking forward to having some peace and quiet after a long day of traveling but unfortunately did not find it at the lounge. I feel that we wasted our money and I will not be booking into this lounge again.

The lounge wasn't very comfortable, the food on offer was minimal. It seemed to us this was a lounge for people who wanted an alcoholic drink and didn't care much for food!

To begin with lady at desk demanded that as we had booked with servisair I had to e-mail her our booking confirmation as they had to bill servisair direct. Not my problem! Given an e-mail address that did not accept e-mails anyway. Complete waste of time. Food selection in lounge poor. Arrived at 11.45. Was ok if you wanted breakfast cereal, crisps, nuts or a welshcake but no cheese or crackers etc i.e. nothing substantial. Bristol lounge far better. Will hesitate to book again. Simply needs improvement and a better welcome as far a we were concerned.

Not enough choice of food. No sparkling wine available, per glass. Appeared in need of updating. Over crowded - not a good experience, won't be doing it again. Not worth the money paid.

Not happy with the food it was for a discerning palate not much choice with drinks or food for what we paid very disappointed the no 1 lounge at gatwick was far better more choice and cheaper. The space was very cramped not a lot of seating. Toilet facilities were not inside either. Would not pay that amount of money again for what was offered very poor.

I paid for this lounge for my three granddaughters who were joining me in Florida. One is vegetarian the other two not. The choice of food and quality was such the two of them had a croissant and one had a bacon sandwich which was not very nice so she had a croissant. As they were at the airport at 7am for a 10:30 flight this was not acceptable for the price I paid. The choice of food for the vegetarian in particular was very poor.. I had tried to get them places in the executive suite but it was fully booked. I highly recommend this particular venue but not the Swissport

Overcrowded, not enough seats for the amount of people they let in the lounge,poor amount of food on offer flight board not working causing people to nearly miss flights short staffed so service was under expected to over all bad experience would not recommend

Lounge is not big enough for the number of people that they allow access to. On arrival we had to wait for other people to leave before we could sit down. Very few tables to put your drinks/food on

Sharonspence71@hotmail.com When we arrived the lounge was full and extremely noisy. There was no where to sit and relax , we had to share a table with 2 strangers as there was no where else to sit. The queues fo r food and drink were constantly long. Soup was available but had to wait in another long queue to ask for a bread roll. This wasnt the relaxing start to our holiday that we had hoped for.

Was far too busy, we had a group of 12 and more than half had to stand, upstairs was barriered off, a section downstairs was barriered off also even though people had to stand. No lager on draft and soup was luke warm, yet another BA dissapointment

I was very disappointed with the good choices. The aspire lounge had been recommended to us by friends who had been impressed by the food. I had read reviews where people remarked that it's poor when busy. When I went it wasn't that busy but food wasn't being replenished. I don't Feel that it was value for money . My partner had to then buy food on the plane. Don't think I'd use lounge again

Disinterested staff on arrival. There were 3 staff at the desk chatting to each other and didn't seem interested as I waited for attention. I had an electronic confirmation but she wanted a printed document. I then had to e mail her the e confirmation after getting connection codes. All very time consuming and not what I would expect from a business lounge.
