We booked the lounge for 4 people but when we arrived we found the lounge to be full apart from one table which was roped off. We asked if we could use the table as we couldn't find a table and were told that only two people at a time could be seated. My husband asked why we were allowed to book and pay for four of us and we were eventually allowed to use the the table, although we all wanted to eat and it was more of coffee table and ver difficult to eat a cooked breakfast. Also we had to share knives as they had run out and even though I asked for more, they were not replaced. Also we were apparently allowed 1 glass of alcohol but there was never anybody behind the bar to serve it . Overall it is probably the worst airport lounge experience we've experienced and not worth the £100 cost for the four of us.

Had to wait at the bar on each occasion as there was no one to serve drinks, almost controlled what you were allowed. Food extremely poor. Had to ask for the crisps to be replenished. Not enough sockets to charge devices before our flight. Only one departures board. Having visited 2 other lounges in the airport very dissatisfied.

No decent WiFi. Advertised on the website, but in reality just the same WiFi as the rest of the airport. Impossible to do any decent work. When asked about it, the staff were fairly unapologetic.

Very little choice of food (I was there during lunchttime!!), rude staff who didn't bother to pick up dirty plates (not one was picked up during my 2,5 hour stay) or refill empty foodshelves, but were too busy gossiping about other collegues. Highly dissapointed.

Having used other executive lounges I was very disappointed in the choice of food on offer. We are not big alcoholic drinkers so lunch and a relaxing start to our holiday was our main priority, It was difficult to find a seat and the choice of soup or cheese and biscuits was poor compared to the variety of sandwiches and cakes we sampled at other lounges. For those requiring a few alcoholic drinks before their flight the lounge is perfect.

We were not happy, Bacon under cooked. Pastries didn't seem fresh.

Air conditioning not working, limited places to sit with family we were travelling with, short staffed so no draft beer available, TV also not working. Staff member was also rude, as although we were told no waiting staff available today, so help yourself, when poured own beer was told curtly it was bottles only.

It is very basic, with no hot food. It is also not cost effective for a child under 5. I travelled with my 4 year old granddaughter, and could not even get a glass of milk. It is not reasonable to charge for children 0-18. It was also overcrowded and few seats. Not at all like an Executive Lounge. Poor.

The temperature was cold, could not find a seat, the food was poor, sandwiches came out and went in two minutes. Soup tasteless. Actually left and went to Burger King. The only thing that was nice was the gin and tonic. Very disappointed.

Compared to other lounges this is a very poor product ,having to use toilets which general public have accesse to outside of the lounge , sullen staff quoting rules ,tables not cleared when customers have left, also insufficient seating , this lounge is what is known as a typical southern product ,minimum outlay to maximise profit, as for winning a bottle of wine if its anything like the lounge you operate it would probabley be undrinkable.May i suggest you use your own eyes to find out what the problems are ,or get a proper business plan by some person who knows how to run a business.

1) There were no available place to sit. Luckily a couple allowed me to join their small table. 2) There were no available "rest pods". 3) The sitting place was very uncomfortable. 4) The cheese on the plates was dry (have been there a while), in general there was a very limited selection of food.

The time we were at the lounge it was far too crowded and felt more like a very busy school cafeteria than a comfortable place to relax. We were there almost an hour before we could get a seat and never got any of the comfy "lounge" seats. Hanging out at the Irish pub in the concourse was more relaxing and cost about the same on our return flight. I would only return to this lounge if I were traveling alone. 4 people trying to sit together was impossible.

Entered lounge at 14.45 to be greeted by a wall of sound not dissimilar to a bar at a major football club There were 3 wedding/stag do's at the bar the noise was unbearable I got a seat as far away from the crowd as possible but it was still difficult to hear yourself think I eventually got myself a glass of wine but there was no food available obviously eaten by the crowds of people surrounding the bar I asked if there would be any food available and was told that there were only a skeleton staff on and there was not time to arrange this I had no choice other than to go out of the lounge and purchase some food and return to the lounge by this time my seat had been taken by others eventually found a seat unttfortunately close to the bar I drank my wine and left it was quieter outside Not impressed Lynne Everitt

Very poorly stocked while I was in attendance. With the amount of lounges I've been in this one seemed to be towards the bottom of the pile, hence why I'm only giving it two stars. Also fairly disappointed with the way I was treated due to me not being as old as the majority of the people in there. I will not be wasting my money and returning here.
