This did offer a more relaxed atmosphere, however, the wifi was very very poor, there was a poor selection of breakfast items, only 2 kinds of cereal and a cold rather dry bacon sandwich. I would recommend the lounge to those who wish to get drunk, not eat nor utilise the Internet.

On arrival we all thought the lady at the desk was clearly in a bad mood and not very welcoming, we walked in and looked round for a place to sit, we noticed a lot of the chairs were stained and grubby, we finally sat in the quite area and went to get something to eat and drink, I went for wine and didn't like any of the bottles offered there was no sandwiches out so we had cheese and biscuits which disappeared straight away as it was busy, I asked about the sandwiches and told they would be out shortly which took another 45 mins to arrive, the bread cakes where nearly white and tasted horrible not at all up to lounge standard, I asked a member of stall if there would be any more cheese and biscuits instead and three members of staff were not happy with the request, I felt that all your staff were not happy with their jobs, your standard overall has gone down since my last visit which was better food and drink and cleaner,

Poor value. Not enough space. Poor quality and variety of food. No toilets. Staff unhelpful. Not clear that showers must be paid for.

Very different from all other lounges that I have visited, especially at Gatwick.. Could be much better..This lounge should have been situated in a more private area, toilets are outside of the lounge,so this takes away the privacy..from the public areas..There should be more availability for food and drinks - especially for the price paid 29.99,as I normally pay 25.00 at Gatwick for the lounges, will think again to book ,if I travel again from Term. Also would be also nice if HolidayExtras.com can be used to reserve the lounge, that way I get a discount !!!!

A crowded and cramped lounge that felt like an after-thought. No toilet facilities within the lounge, meaning you have to leave the lounge and then queue up to re-enter if you need to use the facilities. Staff on the front-desk didn't seem very familiar with the means of accessing the lounge, causing quite a long wait to get in in the first place.

No toilets in the lounge, had to exit to the terminal each time. Lounge very small, had to wait 15 mins for somewhere to sit. Food selection very limited / basic, just snacks really / not a substitute for a main meal. Only positives were the friendly staff (especially the barman) and the view across the apron.

Down at heel. Seemed like in basement of airport/or building site outside.

The selection of food was somewhat limited and not particular;y fresh. We also had a "run in" with one of the staff clearing the tables. There were no signs up stating how many were allowed to sit at what tables/booths. However we were questioned why we sat in a booth rather than at a table for 2. She was both rude and the cahllenge was un called for. Regards

At 4.30 am i want to be greated with a welcome. The reception lady was shocking. If i engage in conversation ask questions. Like what time does the spa open . Not its in the leaflet. The hot food was not out. The place was a mess already at 4.30am. With plates and cans, bottles every where. Not enough thought to sitting there should be charging points at all seats. Including the tv viewing area.

Firstly, I had booked the lounge on the basis of a 3 hour stay, in actual fact we had 90 minutes in the lounge as we were advised that the lounge was closing, at no point during the booking process was this advised and therefore had to relocate to the general public area, which I had paid to avoid. Secondly, the only food that was available was soup, crackers & cheese, which is not appealing to children aged 8,15 & 16 years.

Very disappointed. Reception staff unfriendly, lots of dirty plates uncleared in lounge from previous occupants, very poor choice of snacks - soup? totally inappropriate, and cheese and crackers ( poor quality). Extremely disappointed and would not book in this lounge again- been in plenty of other lounges and this by far the worst.

After being seated in a particular area by one member of staff, we were having a great time in the lounge. After an hour or so, another member of staff very rudely told us we had to move because someone else needed the seats we were in. She would not accept that we had been seated there by someone. She made us feel very uncomfortable and un-welcome at a time that should be relaxing and welcoming. I am very disappointed by my first visit to an aspire lounge.

It was hard to get a seat, that maybe because drinks were left on tables after people had left. Not having toilet facilities within the lounge is not ideal, if traveling on your own you have to take you bags with you and then you have to look for a seat again!
