Very small, poor food quality, quantity, and availability. Potential loss of seat/table while visiting toilets. Conflicting booking arrangements regarding relaxation pods. No quicker access for those reserving in advance, as opposed to those paying on entry. Being asked to move seats to allow a family ground to sit together. All in all very poor in comparison to airline lounges e.g BA etc. Unlikely to use again, and would not recommend.

Toilets were not clean. The space is very cramped. The food choice was just average.

Not very tidy. Staff did not clear tables quickly enough. Wifi required logging in, each time we closed our phone/tablet. The ladies toilet area was less than adequate. The whole experience was "downbeat" and not refreshing. Dissapointed.

We checked in at 2.30pm and because I had the wrong paperwork, the Manager wasn't very helpful. We eventually found the paperwork and were let in. We found the room very dirty, carpet was covered in crumbs, etc. and the toilets were absolutely disgusting.

In January and April this year we flew to Dubai and used the Swissport lounge in terminal 1. We found the experience very good. The staff were exceptionally friendly and cheerful. The food available was enjoyable and of good quality. I'm afraid to say that my experience of your lounge in terminal 2 was quite the opposite. I checked in 2 friends who are frequent flyers but who had not before used the airport lounges. I did this so that they could enjoy the experience but I was disappointed for them also. The staff with one exception (a young girl) were dull and appeared to be still asleep. We did check in however at around 5 am but still I would expect the staff to be full of cheerfulness. The food was not good at all. Bacon butties were served on bread that was not fresh. The Danish pastries were stale. Overall not a good experience at the terminal 2 lounge. I will be flying to Singapore in October and will be very reluctant to use Swissport Lounges then.

Booked the lounge four weeks before the trip, when we arrived it was overcrowded and we had no seats. Food available was very basic compared to other lounges I have booked. Also, the section where you got your food and drink was extremely small and any more than two trying to access the area was too many. Would not book again - very disappointing.

I have purchased the lounge access for over 30 pounds and have pre-booked it in advance. The lounge itself is somewhat average looking and there was a lot of people. The food selection is quite poor (pasta, quiche, salad, bread, soup, etc.) the drinks selection is average with basic choices. All in all I have spent 30 minutes in the lounge and then left. There are more choices in Terminal 5 for food and good drinks. The price of over 30 pounds is too steep to what the lounge reflects and I would not recommend it to other flyers.

I was incredibly disappointed with what was on offer for £70 for my husband and I. English breakfast consisted of poor quality scrambled egg & sausages (when they got round to replenishing them) with cereal and Juice which was far from fantastic food, it was also very cramped with seating very close to each other, not as spacious and relaxing as the pictures portray. Tip to future customers: save your money and go grab a nice breakfast at a restaurant in the airport, you will have a far more satisfying meal for half the cost.

No toilets, chairs sticky and lounge uncomfortably hot, we left after an hour to sit in the main terminal.

There was a large queue at the entrance to the lounge. It seemed that people were being wait-listed for entry. it took about 10 minutes before anyone serviced my request for access. The only toilets are outside the lounge which meant that there was a flow of people in out that compounded the situation. The lounge was packed with different groups being put on the same tables. Staff were not keeping up with cleaning the tables away. Generally a very poor experience compared with No. 1 Lounge in T3. I would not use again

Very small lounge, dimly lit and poorly decorated. Been in much nicer open and modern lounges. Variety of food was poor. Bacon sandwiches available but not freshly made. Staff were good and served quickly and tidied up.

We booked the aspire plus as thought this would be a nicer start to our holiday. It was grubby, dirty plates and spilt food on the floor around the seating area. The food that was left was dried up and I do not think it was worth the extra money we paid. On the positive side, the red wine was nice

Huge queue to get in with people paying on the door. We paid for a lounge to not queue! The lounge was very small and food selection was poor with the pies being dry and empty. Worst of all the toilets were outside the lounge area. We should of paid the £60 for a nice meal in a restaurant.

The lounge itself was good, but the service was poor (e.g. dirty dishes and cutleries on many tables) and the staff was very rude and unhelpful.

There was hardly any food available, the ladies toilet was still out of use and the carpets were dirty. Could only get on to Internet very briefly. The drinks and staff were OK

Very very rude people that work there so the meet and great was a major let down. The food was awful.

Tired looking. In need of a good clean and freshen up. Poor choice of refreshments and food. Better here than in the terminal itself, which is absolutely awful.

Very small we did not get a seat for 10mins the food was very late in coming out and the selection was very poor. i was a full paying customer and do not think it was worth the money we were there for just under 2 hours none of the pods became available. The only positive was that the staff were very friendly.

The lounge was very busy when i arrived, but i did manage to get a seat and grab a beer and some nuts, after a short time the lounge did become less busy and i was sitting down minding my own business when the part of the lounge i was sitting in was cordoned off. I continued to sit there and no one explained to me why it had been cordoned off, i grabbed another beer having to step over the barrier to do so, upon my return to my seat i was approached by a gentleman who asked me what flight i was on, when i told him he quickly said that flight is boarding and it was at least a 25 minute journey to the departure gate, i quickly left to catch my flight and arrived at the departure gate some 10 minutes later to find that the flight was not boarding and i had to wait another 30 minutes before it did so. To be perfectly honest i got the distinct impression that they wanted me and others out of the lounge so that they could close up early. I paid £30 and for this, i had one and a half beers, a handful of nuts and the distinct feeling that i was not wanted there.
