Very disappointed this time with the overall experience. The prices keep going up and the quality keeps going down. I remember a year or 2 ago and the spirits on offer were far superior to the no brand labels they offer now. you even have a wait in line for a beer and when its busy they purposefully only put 1 member of staff on to limit the amount of people they can serve. The food standard has also dropped with simple bread rolls now not even freshly baked. Time to try another lounge after using this 1 for 13 visits Shame

Third time I have visited the lounge and to be honest it was disappointing this time. We were queuing for over 15 mins as staff kept walking off from the desk instead of getting all the guests checked in. They let someone que jump who hadn't even booked . Food was slow to be refilled and parts of the lounge were dirty with plates and food on the floor and seats . Not the best start to relax before our holiday. Kind regards Miss Sheldon

when booking was advised we could be in this lounge for 3 hours prior to flight. However due to it closing at 6.30pm on a Saturday and not being told this when we booked, we only had 15 minutes to spend in the lounge. Waste of money and very disappointed, as our group had hoped to start the holiday off relaxing with a bite to eat and a couple of drinks.

1. In a public area such as the Ncle Lounges I would suggest that if nuts are available, they should only be in packets not lloose at the bar. The reason I suggest this is because there are some adults and children that are allergic to nuts, even without consuming them. 2. There is a charge for children even those as young as 2 I would therefore assume you are expecting them in the lounge Please consider providing suetable drinking cups/eating utensils 3. The choice of food was very limited and very disapointed, not as good as it use to be, both for adults and children. 4 CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA. From the publicity I was expecting much more. There was surposed to be 2 electronic sceans, only one was working so my grandchildren didn't get much of a chance. Just before us there had been a lot of people in the lounge so I expect there was a lot of disapointed children 4 A children's play area dose not have to be just electronic equipment, why not have paper, pencils and puzzles. Overall very disappointing consider the price and the expectation. 5 Because the front of house staff had to assist with cleaning after previouse occupants of launge and there had been a lot of them we could not get into the lounge for the time we had paid for. There was 7 adults and 2 children so cost quite a lot. I will be going again later in the year I hope it improves by then.

The lounge itself is modern, clean and smart. I was expecting a lot more in regards to availability of food and beverages though. The selection of food inparticular was pretty shocking. Carrot soup being the only hot food available... I have used the executive lounge in Leeds Bradford airport several times and that place is excellent, maybe Newcastle should take note. I will not be using again unless things improve drastically. Sorry for the bad review but, things need to improve.

Extremely busy probably due to flight delays but a not friendly man at the desk didn't help the situation. Food choice and what was available was extremely poor and lounge not value for money on this occasion.

The lounge was small and quite crowded. It was very inconvenient to have to exit the lounge and risk losing your "spot" to use the toilets. I was really looking forward to a shower before boarding my next flight and was disappointed to find that that was not included in the lounge reservation but 20 pounds extra. You should make that more clear when booking.

Glasgow lounge. Dreadful WIFI, poor food, lack of plug sockets and closed at 8.30pm! Won't be revisting, as would rather stand outside in the rain

We had to wait almost ten minutes to get into the lounge. The lounge itself was too small - my wife and I were lucky enough to get two seats together - if we had arrived five minutes later, we would have had to sit apart.

Welcome and the lounge was OK, but the food was very poor. The choices were few, and the quality was poor. Other lounges we have used have been far better in all respects. Do not think we shall use this lounge again.

Booked here on the strength of good experience in the Newcastle lounge. We were very disappointed. It was crowded despite us having booked we were assured a table was reserved but no evidence of this. We had just come off a 6.5 hour flight and needed a comfortable seat and a charging point. Not a big ask. What we were offered was a cafe style table with hard seats and no electrical points. When i complained we were led to an area seating 6 which was already occupied and told we should share it as this was the reserved seating. There were no toilets in the lounge you have to go out into the terminal. The food was ok but not very hot. All in all this was a waste of money and we would neither use it again or recommend it.

Arrived at 3 pm and there were no sandwiches available apart from 1 egg. We were told no more were being made. The rest of the stuff was empty until they had time to fill up as they were short staffed. This was my 1st visit and I won't be booking again

Used the shower which was very small but did the job. Only one shower so you have to queue. Lounge itself was extremely small for the number of people there and people were queueing to get in. I waited at the door on seats there and the male staff did not handle the problem with as much tact as I would expect and if 5 people left he made no attempt to let people in. Overall very expensive (Lounge fee + Shower). Do not think I will use it again.

For the price I paid I doubt wether I,ll be using this facility again. sandwiches were stale, no ice for drinks, the room was obviously overbooked as there was not enough seating for people. the soup was terrible, luke warm and inedible. running out of certain drinks etc etc...I,m usually easy pleased and not a moaner but come on Newcastle airport get this sorted.

We arrived at opening time and it took a while to get in, it didn't look like it had been cleaned from the night before because there were crumbs all over. The food and drink was ok.

I have tried to use the Lounge at Heathrow Terminal 5 on 2 occasions, the first time my booking hadn't been processed due to it being less then 24 hours before travel (would have been helpful if the website stated this BEFORE taking the booking and money), and then recently on 18 June. On both occasions I have witnessed (and been on the receiving end of) extremely poor customer service. When the membership of 2 separate guests came up as being invalid, despite their Premier Lounge cards being valid, the customers were turned away gleefully, and without offers of assistance. One of them was a disabled lady in a wheelchair. When you are allowed to cross the threshold to use the facilities, the setting is fine, the food is adequate (when topped up that is), however the customer service is still very poor - it is not uncommon for the food to be left empty, guests left standing at the bar for 5 or more minutes waiting for someone to appear to serve them. With some basic customer service training I believe that the overall experience could be enhanced massively.

I have been to the lounges in manchester airport on numerous occasions and its self service in most of them the lounge this time had staff for the bar and food counter who stood in the kitchen area so everytime you wanted something you had to wait until they decided to come out and i understand it gets busy but for the two hours we were in the lounge nothing got cleaned there was leftover food on tables it was not a pleasant experience or a good start to the holiday we left and went to get drinks and food in the main departure lounge as this was much cleaner and a more efficient service
