Used the lounge a number of times but this time was very disappointed, dirty dishes everywhere, waiting fir drinks, waiting for food, dried out bread buns ..... Very disappointing is all I can say. I am not sure why things were so bad, yes the lounge was busy / full but that shouldn't detract away from clean areas, etc I asked if the guy clearing tables could get us some crackers to go with the cheese, he said he needed to clear the tables first, I thought ok!!! Ten minutes later he was serving behind the bar, went for a drink there was no half pint glasses I had bought the two executive lounge passes as a birthday gift for my friend, telling her how hood it was ( or had always been in the past) all in all not sure if it was a staffing problem or something else, however the experience was one of the worst I have ever had for which I am sorry to say. I am off to Florida in August with my family and it's certainly stopped me booking for the six adults and three children. ????

Did not have pre paid /ordered drink when we arrived offered alternative Kids running everywhere screaming Infants crawling all around the dirty floors Not a nice experience will not be returning You could offer a quiet area away from the bedlam of the kids

Used the Lounge on Saturday 18th June from 10am until midday Very disappointed several tables were reserved, There were no seats available to sit at, Embarrassing having to stand and wait for people to vacate their seats The food was very acceptable but we had to stand eating Not ideal Would we use the Aspire lounge again No is our answer Not the best experience before our long haul flight to Toronto

First time user. Had to wait ages for bowls for the soup. When they arrived there was no butter for the rolls. I asked for butter and got the reply "we have run out and are waiting for a delivery". Butter turned up 10 minutes later. Soup was ok. The lounge was fairly crowded and tables were not cleared away quick enough so people were piling plates and clearing etc to the end of the table they wanted to sit at. Nibbles was ok and plenty to drink although selection of beer/lager extremely poor and cheap. Ok if you are a spirits person. person at reception was ok but other staff just seemed uninterested and miserable. Overall- not impressed and will not use again - disappointing really.

Nowhere near as nice as the same lounge at Gatwick! A poor lay out and uncomfortable seating arrangements- trying to eat at a low table is really not kind! Waited ages for hot food. Definitely could do better. Wouldn't bother again here.

I wasn't thrilled with the experience: I was expecting something more like an actual airport lounge, but found the food not very appetising, the toilets inconveniently located, and one staff member unfriendly when he dropped food on my bag. I wouldn't recommend it unless you are planning to have several free drinks.

Aspire Lounge was disappointing, very small and not much more than a quiet area. On a positive note the food was quite good but overall in terms of value for money I wouldn't bother.

Such a disappointment! No newspapers or magazines available to read (saw some people with the Daily Mail but nothing else). Seating cramped and uncomfortable. No toilets inside the lounge area, instead you had to exit the lounge and go to the nearest ones in the terminal. Food ok but nothing special. Overall, expensive (£60 for two people), poor quality and a disappointing start to our holiday.

We upgraded to aspire plus as we were coming to the airport from work and we knew we would need something to eat. When we got into the Lounge there wasn't many people in but for a group of 6 men. They were very loud and their language was not nice to hear. After a while a lady in her own complained & they were asked to be quieter. There was no food on offer on to help ourselves to such as soup, scones sandwiches etc only crisps & crackers without cheese. There was a menu to order from but as the other lounge was busy they were asking waits for anything requested. There was no ice available, very small stocks in the fridge and long waits at the bar for optic drinks. I thought by upgrading the experience would be far better than in the basic lounge however, we were very disappointed that we paid £37 each for such a poor experience

Thought the food was very poor considering we were in the lounge at lunchtime - cheese and crackers or leek & potato soup was the choice, and given I don't like leeks it had to be cheese and biscuits. I thought that at a minimum sandwiches would be provided. Otherwise, OK - although it did get very busy.

Ordered two plates of Mushroom Ravioli which took far too long to be served. Very nice when it did arrive. Choice of hot food in hot cabinet was virtually non existent during my time in lounge (between 1300 and 1600 hrs on 11 June). Did not get replenished. Poor choice of bottle lager. Only Peroni or Tiger . Should be more choice. My wife asked the assistant if there was any Pinot Grigio in fridge to which he simply replied "it should be there". He made no effort to assist with locating bottle. No newspapers were available to read. On arrival had to queue up for 10 minutes while staff dealt with people who were turning up without a booking. Having booked I do not expect to wait in a queue behind others who can't be bothered to make prior arrangements. Overall I would state that it was not worth the money paid for and I don't anticipate using this lounge again unless there are significant improvements. It appeared to me that the other lounge was extremely busy and was taking the service away from the Aspire Plus lounge.

The lounge had disabled access but did not have a disabled toilet. The only toilet that I could access was the staff toilet, but as it had no operational wash basin, I had to get myself into the gents to wash my hands. I think the lack of disabled facilities should be highlighted on your web site.

Lounge was dated, dirty and lots of ripped or broken furniture. Good was less than impressive and staff were in a world if there own often waited At the bar a while before being served even though there was no queue! Wouldn't go back

After previous great visit, this time was substandard, had to wait for food , staff member behind counter was very off hand with several customers, her manner and attitude gave the impression she didn't want to be of help to anyone. If this was a first visit it would also have been our last visit, at £45.00 for us and however many customers that day, counter service was disgusting. The floor staff who were clearing tables were very pleasant but however it did seem like it was very overbooked and some people could not get a table unless they cleared a one themselves.

Overall a poor experience . In our opinion a lounge is somewhere to chill and relax in comfort . Poor seating arrangement . Food very average . Too tight seating no comfort and aisle very small was overcrowded . Compared to others we have visited and the high cost it's one we wouldn't recommend or be going to again . Sorry cannot think of anything positive ????

I booked for partners birthday as a treat. Too few staff. Things kept running out. Booking in process had changed so was time consuming. Not enough variety of items to eat.

Excellent location, however it was incredibly dirty! Walked nearly halfway around the lounge before we found somewhere to sit that didn't have bits of food or something stuck to the chair so that we could sit down. Disgusting!
