We arrived in the lounge after a eight hour flight, and delays in transport between Terminal 3 & 5. We could not intially get a seat, very frustrating. Corner seating in two areas were marked as reserved, with people looking for seats, and these left unoccupied, the whole time we were there. Choice of food and drink limited.

Food quality isn't good. Limited number of beds No toilet facility within the lounge Disappointing to know that this is the only option for transit travelers in Terminal 5 of Heathrow airport.

Whilst the staff were very friendly and attentive and the atmosphere very relaxing. I could help notice that the cleanliness was lacking. The men's toilets were not clean and the table tops were not polished and had scarey on them

There were too many people in the lounge when we arrived, so it took a while to get in, then once we were in we had to wait to get a table. (It is probably worth limiting the number of bookings) The member if staff at the door wasn't very well trained, and when I presented the passbook page on my phone to get us scanned in, he asked for the booking confirmation email- which defeats the object of having a passbook option. As it was so busy, the food kept disappearing, so each time I went up to get some it had run out of the things I wanted! The food was distinctly average. I won't be going in this lounge again, as the price did not warrant what we got. I have paid to go in several lounges before and this had the poorest selection and quality of food, and there was only once glass of prossecco included in the price. Overall we were disappointed with the experience.

Far to crowded, been to the lounge several times and always enjoyed it but this time the lounge was too busy we couldn't get a seat straight away and it was dirty! Not worth the money. The staff were great though.

Poor selection of food, no atmosphere, very small dark room, no natural light, no viewing area. Poor value for money. Definitely wouldn't use again.

I'm afraid I never got to experience the lounge because although I was in the airport and near to my departure place (area D3) the lounge was behind a different departure point and I would have had to go through immigration again to reach it

I was looking forward to arriving at the lounge after a 13 hour flight - I had a 7 hour layover at Heathrow so I was desperate to rest before the next flight. I arrived at the reception area to be looked up and down by the woman manning the desk. I don't even think I got a 'hello' before I was asked if I knew about the dress code. I was wearing a pair of navy cotton trousers and a blue and white striped tshirt. I wore a pair of white Birkenstock shoes. I was told I was dressed in 'sportswear' and that I wouldn't be allowed access to the lounge. I argued that I had just come from a long flight and so obviously would be wearing comfortable clothes. The woman then called the duty manager to see if I was dressed ok to be allowed access. This was embarrassing and degrading. I had no sports wear or logos on my clothes, I had open toe sandals due to the bad swelling I get on long haul flights. The attitude was disgraceful. I had enquired by email days previously to one of your staff to whether a shower was included in the £29.99 which I was told it was. I have kept this email correspondence. On the day I was told it as not included and would be an extra £20. Ridiculous. Also there are no bathroom facilities in the lounge - I had to head back into the terminal. Despite knowing I was tired after a long haul flight and the lounge being almost empty when I finally got in, I was not told about your 'pods' so I could rest. Your staff really need to be trained in customer care. The food inside was ok. I would not recommend this or book again, not worth the money and I was insulted by your staff.

Lack of choice on foods all that there was to eat was cake, crisps, soup. Where as at the aspire there is plenty of choice and for the same cost.

We booked the lounge to enjoy the build up to a midday flight . Delays getting through security caused us to arrive at the lounge with little time. The receptionist was dealing with another customer as we arrived, searching and searching the computer until the customer kindly suggested she perhaps dealt with us. We booked through the Easyjet link and I produced the receipt that we had printed off. The receptionist spent a long time searching the computer and eventually asked sharply if we had "anything else". Confused I asked "like what"? ---She did not seem to know what and then said "oh -- go through". ---No thankyou, advise or have a nice day! Our main delay was not the fault of the Lounge, but the delay at reception and the way we were made to feel like second class citizens was very poor.

Dated, rude staff on reception, it is offensive having signs telling us not to steal food or face prosecution under the Theft Act, poor quality of warm food, prosecco should be free and overall nowhere near as good as the airport's escape lounge.

Very disappointed, turned up at the time booked to be told the lounge was full and had to wait 30mins, once in the lady at the bar seemed miserable and gave us a few drops of prosecco . Food wasn't replenished enough for the amount or people. Staff were cleaning up around you while eating and drinking, and gave an overall impression that we were in the way.

The venue is great and we really enjoyed the views and it was nice and quiet. But, the food was terrible. It was advertised as an appetising breakfast but the bacon sandwich was really bad, soggy with cheap, white bread and under- cooked bacon. Inedible. And the Danish pasties were dry and stale. The coffee wasn't very good either, thin and weak. All very disappointing.

My wife and I did not consider that this lounge was as good as other lounges we used at the airport . The food on offer certainly did not match that offered at the other executive lounges we have used in the past and will not use this lounge In August when we go on our next holiday .

Limited space which needs to be increased. No toilet facilities dedicated to the lounge. Not conducive to providing a relaxing atmosphere. Not considered value for money when comparing with other lounges.

A souless room, no windows or view, poor breakfast rolls, over heated rolls that were hard and inedible, staff shortage, had to stand waiting at the bar for ages, like standing in a soup kitchen queue, they had no gin?? In an airport?? It was not a good experience and has put us off using airport lounges ever again, we would prefer a public bar area going forwards.

L'offre solide est d'une extreme pauvreté, quelques tranches de charcuterie, du taboulé et un peu de fromage... L'offre liquide n'est guerre plus impressionnante, bière pression, un whisky et un gin, et une fontaine à soda. Le wifi est le wifi général de l’aéroport. L'endroit est assez grand et lumineux, mais il est en aveugle (pas de vue sur les pistes) Bref, ne vaut pas les 20£ - 25€ demandés.

Slow, took 15 mins to enter the lounge because the staff were taking forever to scan our paperwork. Once inside was quite comfortable but the range of snacks and drinks were very limited I doubt I'll use aspire again
