No wifi. only warm soup bread and scones for food. very dissapointed overall. I would struggle to recommend it to anyone. contemplated asking for a refund.

Just nibbles crisps, nuts, fruit, soup and croissant to eat no sandwiches or cheese, very poor!

Hard to find four seats together as the lounge was very full Only food was soup and a roll cheese and biscuits and crisps very dissapointing

Booked in from 10:30 but didn't get in till after 11:00. There was only mushroom soup and cheese and crackers to eat. Would have been nice to have a salad or sandwich or even a choice of soups. I left there having only eaten an apple as didn't like the soup that was on and am on a diet so cheese and crackers and nibbles were out of the question

When my party arrived I was told they were busy and we may not be able to sit together. The 'lounge ' was more like a corridor and not a pleasant space to sit in at all. Very disappointed.

Very limited supply of food with only one hot dish of pasta. I would not use this lounge again after being in others at Gatwick.

We struggled to find somewhere to sit where either the tables need wiped or the floor was covered in food. We sat in the quieter area which would have been quiet except for the very loud talk and laughter from the staff behind the counter. Very disappointing as we have been to other lounges at other airports and they have always been spotlessly clean with staff respectful of passengers needs......

Staff in-friendly , refreshments poor, I believe purely because the staff on duty from the kitchen could not be bothered, asked the staff on a number of times to replace empty items on servery to no evail ! Will not use again !

The lounge was very small, and the choice of food poor. It was better than sitting in departures simply because it was quieter in the lounge, but to charge £30 entry per person, then to charge another £20pp to have a shower is daylight robbery. Our flight from Heathrow took us to Singapore where we were also booked into a lounge (via a different company). It cost half the price, had wonderful food and free showers, with complimentary comb, toothbrush, toothpaste etc. If they can do it, why can't Terminal 5??

Really disappointed in the service we received, only two members of staff working on this day one at the front desk greeting the other clearing tables, doing dishes & serving drinks (which we had to wait to get a drink) no cheese was out lots of dirty dishes dotted all over the place, I must say the lady was very apologetic & nice but I paid for a service & did not receive it, I will never use this lounge in Glasgow again Edinburgh is far superior.

No space to sit (4 of us, one 6 months pregnant!). Food and drink items all depleted. Waited 10 mins for some milk etc etc. No papers left to read (9.30am!). Lady on the bar extremely miserable.

Very poor service, also small selection of food available staff were rude and stated they was over worked and under paid and had to come from terminal 1 to help!!!! Drink service was not much better having to wait and staff commented how many drinks we had consumed. All in all will not be booking again. Style lounge is much better.

Very basic, the only hot breakfast was a bacon roll being kept warm, no menu. Very small and cramped, we understand the main lounge area was closed. Waste of our money on this occasion.

The place was drab,looked very used/worn. Bacon rolls were one piece of bacon on a dry roll. Not a patch on the VIP lounges in Edinburgh Airport

A member of Staff on reception when we arrived was very officious and unwelcoming. The lounge was crowded and several seating areas marked 'reserved' and they remained empty for the whole of our time there. The cooked food was good though but overall a poor experience compared to other lounges we have used. We would definitely not use again, waste of money .

We were very unimpressed with the lack of space to sit. The food was of a poor quality and all in all it was a poor experience compared to many other lounges we have been in. Won't be returning.

I was very disappointed with my first experience. The acccueil was non existent and a complete lack of welcome l almost felt our arrival was a nuisance. The food choices were very limited and it was difficult to get much response from the few uninterested staff making an appearance. It was also very small and had limited seating for the customers. Finally it is the only executive lounge where there is no restrooms so you have to traipse back into the terminal to use the general restrooms.
