Very poor service. Very little food and what there was was old. Very poor value.

Too busy had difficulty finding a seat and then had to move twice to find a working power point. Mobile phone conversations made it quite noisy which defeats the purpose of a quiet relaxed environment. Should only accept pre-booking, that way you can control numbers. Hot food was nice but menu lacked hot choices.

No atmosphere. Very poor choice of snacks-mushroom soup, crisps, nuts and packets of cake only!! Cheese and biscuits brought out at 4 and that was it!!! Thank goodness for the drinks! Was cheap but would not return to Swissport Lounge again-would use No 1 and pay the extra. Also our flight was delayed and although lounge almost empty we were told we had to leave regardless-not impressed!!

We finally arrived in the lounge after long delays of 1hr 45mins at check in. We had 25 minutes flat left before making our way to the gate for departure . We were then held up at the reception desk where there was one or two people checking in which was taking rather a long time . When it was our turn I explained we were rushing and just wanted to dash ahead .Luckily my family were waiting for us and had organised a drink ready and a sandwich. on a quick peruse at the food on offer we were not impressed . There was a plate of fruit cake which looked as though it had gone past its sell by date and a few egg rolls in cellophane. there were packets of crisps and a pan of soup ! next time I will visit an outlet which is much better value and choice of food .I think for the price you pay covers mainly the alcohol consumed as it can be expensive at airport bars .

No I was very disappointed. The lounge was busy and I was asked to take a seat and wait until queue had disappeared. The tables were dirty and all food stations were almost empty. I would have reservations at considering this as an option in the future.

hi I have been in loads of executive lounges and compared to others Cardiff has a poor choice of drinks, just horrible craft beers, no guiness, no john smiths or Worthington, and snacks were just ok, staff were nice andrew hughes

A very long walk from my gate. I was told I couldn't enter until three hours from take off time. As I would have to be at the gate 30 mins before and the walk was 20mins it meant the time I had available was much reduced. The snacks were very limited. Drinks were ok. I didn't find the staff on the desk welcoming. The overall impression was that it felt very down market. It felt crowded. Compared to BA lounge in Heathrow it compares poorly. I won't be going back.

Not best pleased as there was a fire alarm as I was about to get a bacon roll so was escorted out of the building in the rain, then stood there for 5-10 minutes before being escorted back in. We then waited and waited in a corridor before having to go to our gate for boarding. I would therefore like either a refund or another ticket for when I next go away. Thanks, Dan

I wouldn't waste my money. The whole Point of booking was to keep the kids entertained. There were no computers as advertised and the wifi was down!

the lounge is dated, the flight information screen wasn't working in the area i was sat in you had to go round the other side into the quiet area, where i was sat was beside a dirty window looking out in the terminal,i have been in other lounges where there is better facilities with a view outside the terminal.

Far too cold due to problems with the air conditioning, even the staff had to wear their jackets. Only lasted one hour before it got unbearable and had to leave. Definitely a waste of money.

I must say I was disappointed with the overall experience of the lounge at Heathrow T5. This experience should be the relaxing start to the holiday, but this time it was not. We arrived at the lounge to find a que of 5 couples waiting to enter and told that the lounge was full. We asked how this was possible as we had booked to enter, but unfortunately, we were told it was just full, although it was clear that the lounge was taking on the day payments for use of the Spa, which also gave them seating in the lounge. This was at the expense of those who had already paid. After complaining several times over a 15min period and told that we had booked the incorrect time (even though we had not), we were given two seat by the entrance way which were not clean. After siting there for a further 10 mins we were moved again when someone left. On the positive the food and beverages were good and the staff inside the lounge where very helpful, but the experience for the first 30mins put a sour note on the start of the holiday.

After using Liverpool lounge a few times. we found that the Swissair lounge was not clean and was a bit shabby looking. My friend only drinks tia maria and if we had known you did not stock it we would not have booked.

I don't like to give the rating poor however this is due to the fact that we were given complimentary passes x2 due to unacceptable service the last time we used lounge and the poor rating is because nothing changed from that time. We also paid for two as there were four of us travelling. On arrival sign said full however no one came out as we queued and the place was empty when we went in. No clean wine glasses girl wanted to put in half pint glass ... nothing stocked up had to ask for various bits n bobs tables full of dirty glasses ...after 2pm there is only soup available.. Who wants to eat soup when trying to relax pre flight? We ended up leaving after a few drinks to sit upstairs so was a waste of money for those two passes. And no we not the whinging type but pretend it's all tickety boo and things don't change. When the lounge used to be upstairs it was fab.. Good atmosphere clean, plenty of choice, we definitely won't be using this lounge again. I'd rather spend the extra money upstairs.

Most underwhelmed. Having used an alternative lounge in the past, we were able to compare the two and this one was sadly lacking. While the "hot" food choice was a bacon roll, it would've seemed reasonable to have some sort of cold alternative but there was next to nothing else available. Certainly not the continental breakfast choice offered elsewhere at Manchester airport. The staff seemed disinterested and empty tables stayed cluttered with cups etc. long after their users had gone. All in all very poor value for money and I won't be making a return visit.

I have used several lounges at Gatwick including Aspire and found all to be good? However the Aspire at T5 was very disappointing. We had to queue to get in even though we had pre-booked. Toilets are outside the lounge and have to squeeze passed the queue when visiting. The interior lacks the comfort of seating experienced at Gatwick. Too congested and no quiet areas to relax. Big open ceiling makes it noisy and removes any ambience. All in all not a good relaxing experience and not much better than remaining in the main departure area.
