My husband and I checked in just about lunch time. Food was very poor. Two choices 1) tomato soup 2) pasta with a tomato sauce, this was tasteless, there was a horrible bowl of grated cheese to put over the pasta, very disappointing. We knew we wouldn't get food on the flight so paid £20 each to get something decent to eat. There was bread for toast and some cheese and jam. There was a selection of snacks but not a big selection. We have used the lounge before and found it much better but this really was not value for money. There was a good selection of alcohol, but my husband and I would have preferred better food. Staff were nice and place was clean and tidy.

Rubbish - not worth the money. Very poor choice of drinks available and only food at breakfast time was bacon rolls (white bread) and watery porridge. I will not be using this facility again.

although the choice of refreshments was good, everything seemed to be running out very quickly. A few travellers looked like they had far too much to drink (although just after 8 in the morning) with one woman in particular obviously making a disgust of herself in the toilets. not ever likely to return.

Could be good but over trading! On arrival having pre booked we were told to expect to share a table or split up to find a table, not great with a family! Also a very small selection of food and no tradional British fare which again made feeding children tricky! Disappointing compared to previous lounges we've used and would not waste money on this one again. Also soft drink machine broken and no cutlery.

Thought the lounge was poor value and cramped . Food looked as though it had been lying around for a long time . Will not use again .

Lounge carpets were dirty and the chairs tatty. Food very poor and the staff didn't seem able to keep what there was stocked up. A very poor relation to other lounges we have been in.

Been in Aspire & Escape lounges. Aspire better view but Escape better service & menu. No menu at Aspire & staff not available for much of the time.

Seats to low and uncomfortable. Little gf items. Only thing hot was a soup.drinks not chilled properly. Was not a quiet relaxing venue as business men were still working. Long way from departure gates.

The lounge had very little choice of food. The only hot food was soup (potato and leek). I don't like this so had to eat crackers and jam for my lunch. There was no cheese available. The food wRmer was empty throughout our time on the lounge. There were peanuts, crisps and pretzels but no sandwiches or cakes etc. there was a long wait at the bar for service and no self service wine or beer which would help to alleviate this problem. This was a disappointing experience compared to other lounges I have been in. Surely there should be more than soup on offer for a lunchtime visit. The lounge seemed to be short staffed and they seem to be very harried and busy. Not very welcoming. There would have to be a big improvement before I would pay to visit again.

Very disappointed with the selection of snacks. No sandwiches or cheese and crackers only cakes. All my wife ate was two welsh cakes and two coffees. Not good enough for the price. Service from staff was very good.

Had to wait at reception desk for approx 10 mins , my booking couldn't be found luckily i had printed the email off , Was over half an hour before we got any food and then it was 3 trays of sandwiches and some lukewarm pasta this was shared between a lounge which we were told was booked to capacity needless to say it didnt go far . Then two small platters of scones were brought out , there were no plates for the sandwiches and people were putting them in serviettes .There was a queue at the bar due to it not being manned .I must add that the 2 members of staff we saw were doing their best but in my opinion it was too much for 2 people . I have used other lounges before and have never come across this sort of diabolical organisation . Definitely not worth the money we paid.

Very tired looking and had to clear my table to get anywhere to sit. Quiet area was being used by Singapore air passengers , all 2 of them

Poor selection of refreshment at lunch time. Soup and roll only choice . Crisps and nibbles available but not what we expected before a long flight. Been in railway station lounges at different locations and expected a similar standard if better choice at the airport. Very disappointed. Don't know if we will use again.

Uncomfortable and crowded seating, when we first arrived unable to find two available seats together. There were no soft drinks available as they had run out, and a little later also ran out of Prosecco. Poor selection of food. Would not revisit based on my experience, poor value for money.

Have used the lounge on several occassions. On this this ocasssion the noise level from a couple of larger traveling groups (some men in shorts) was unacceptable.Staff didn't appear to try to take any action to reduce the noise level.A bit of peace and quite is the reason for using the lounge.

I was initially denied access, as it was full. As I had pre-paid, they eventually let me in. Drink offering good, but the food looked poor and not appetising

I was extremely disappointed by the sleeping pods. I was unable to adjust the angle of the couch's backrest and the television was inoperable. I requested a partial refund for these defects and Rinky was unsympathetic to my request. I point out to you that if a customer pays 100% of the requested fee, he is entitled to receive 100% of the advertised service. Please consider this as a renewed request for a partial refund.
