Very limited variety of food and drinks. It used to be self-serve for drinks but not now. No jack daniels!

The food was awful. I have never tasted buns so dry and only choice of two fillings which weren't tasty at all. We eventually sat in the quiet area when seats were available and a family allowed their children to run around inside. There was no staff control at all.

Selection of food was good. Although we had booked online we had to wait ten minutes for access. Then we had great difficulty to find a seat . Eventually, having moved four times, we found a more comfortable area to sit in. Prosecco was available but only one glass. After that you must pay. Seating functional but not particularly comfortable. Crowded with little space between seats. The Terminal 3 Swissport though cheaper and less smart offers much better value for money. Our next departure in November is from Terminal 3 and will use that lounge again. Surprised and disappointed overall.

Definitely not worth the money, absolutely freezing in there and when you ask for a blanket they don't have any yet about 2/3rds of the couples complained about the temperature and we were Rudely told 'we don't have anything to do with the temperature we reckon they just want everyone to leave'. Then no one was at the bar and staff just kept walking past the tables instead of going to serve anyone. Bacon sandwiches were more like fat and crusty rolls.

We paid for Aspire plus on the 7th july and booked the 4.30am slot, when our group of 10 arrived there was one young girl on her own, after 4 of our group had cooked breakfast there was no more food left, we asked for the dishes to be re filled and she said she wasnt expecting such a large and would have to cook more, we said surely she should have checked how many were booked in and had enough food prepared, she said she wasnt told, then when another member of staff arrived we were told several times to keep our voices down, we were generally chatting with the occasional laugh, there were 2 other people using the area with us, not an experience we will be repeating at £69 a couple, very disappointed

The staff were lovely , however when we arrived there were 3 tiny rolls left and they said that is the last of the sandwiches today that was 5 mins after or 2 hour stay !!! I have been in lounges all around the world and the food is always replenished, not here you had a choice of crisps , cheese and crackers or pasta. I would not visit again.

We arrived at 3.45 in the afternoon. Very little food available. Bread rolls were dry and scones were stale. Staff were very goood though The lounge felt old, the carpets are stained and the seats are well worn Disappointing in comparison to other lounges we have used and wont recommend this one to friends

Good food and drink quality, however let down by the senior member of staff who kept interrogating us regarding our booking, asked 4 times as they could not find my booking form that had been handed in. Due to a flight delay we were asked to leave a very quiet lounge because we had been in there over our allowed 3 hours, very poor customer service in what is supposed top be an executive experience!!!

Lounge was closed on arrival we had to search for someone to find the reason why, this was not easy. eventually this problem was solved and a man came with a key to let us in. the place was chilly and dark. A lady came to put the lights on and start up the coffee machine. A few cakes, biscuits and crisps were available but no sandwiches, these had to be bought from the main café outside. w felt the whole experience was a complete waste of time and money.

The visit was awful. We booked the lounge for 0430 on 2nd July. I booked for 4 people including a bottle of Perriwe Jouet and 2 cocktails. The concierge told us that there was no booking for the extras even though it was on the booking confirmation. We showed him the confirmation and he communicated to the lounge staff. However we never got the cocktails and the champagne was not cold so we had to take it with us. Happy to Give you more detail if you want to all me on 07909997666.

We used the Heatrow Terminal 5 Lounge. Despite arriving at an off-peak time ( (11.00am) seating availability was very restricted. This problem was further compounded as, despite assurances when we booked, that priority would be given to pre-booked customers , we saw at least a dozen potential customers ahead of us in the queue who had not booked, being allowed access by paying at the door . I suppose we were lucky to eventually have grabbed a couple of seats that were being vacated, as the overcrowding had become much worse when we left about 1.5 hours later. As we left, we again witnessed people being able to purchase access at the entrance, even thoughthey probably would not have been able to find any seats free. Why the management do this when there is obviously already an overcrowding problem in the lounge, can only be ascribed to greed and complete indiference to customer satisfaction, as well as contravening their descriptions on the website. Food was okay(ish) but very restricted choice and not replenished regularly enough. Drink choice and service okay but long-ish wait to be served at bar due to numbers in lounge. If you are desperate to get out of the main airport concourse, then go ahead and use this lounge. Don't bother to book, it's pointless as anyone is allowed in at the door and you don't get any preferential treatment. My advice would be to go and use one of the cafe / restaurants instead, at least you'll get a seat there.

we arrived at terminal 2 executive lounge at 4am on 01.07.16 as we were booked in from 4am for 3 hrs, but were leaving at 6 for our flight. upon arriving at 4am, there was only 1 member of staff on duty having to deal with check in, serving drinks, cooking hot food etc. we had to wait until almost 4.30 to eventually be checked in as a new system was not accepting certain customers confirmations , When we finally got in, we were then told to help ourselves to the cold food or hot drinks. we could not get a drink from the bar and there was no hot food at this time. around 4.45, the guy checking in left his post to serve a growing crowd at the bar. he reassured folk that bacon barms were coming, as they were in the microwave. they arrived at 5am, and soon were gone with a queue waiting for more. mess was amassing on tables, people did complain to the server, who clearly was doing his best as he explained staff had not turned up, and help was on the way. it eventually did, and by 5.45am, normal service was under way. unfortunately a very poor start to our holiday.

The lounge was very crowded and couldn't find anywhere to sit. Drinks were ok but food was terrible, old rolls and packaged biscuits. You also need at least 15 - 25 minutes to walk to your gate from the lounge. Certainly wouldn't pay for the Faro one again.

Not impressed with the facilities within the lounge. We were a group of 4 girls, who were just talking about our upcoming trip, and we were asked To keep the noise down as other people wanted quiet. No idea the lounge was a library! Not a great start to our holiday! Definitely won't be booking here again.

Air conditioning far too high for a cool June morning, which made it very uncomfortable for us dressed for a holiday in the sun! Very limited supply of hot food - bacon sandwiches or you could ask for an omelette if you were vegetarian. Cereal, tea, coffee and juices etc seemed to be of plentiful supply though. Tables were left dirty whilst staff just stayed behind a not very busy bar or went in the kitchen. For the money it wasn't great and i would much prefer the Escape Lounge at Manchester Terminal 2. Ended up going down to the public bar which actually was very good so wouldn't recommend the lounge and won't be using it again.

Didn't expect to use public toilets outside the lounge. Lounge was cramped and the woman behind the bar when eventually she did appear, was quite rude when I asked for Prosecco. She informed me everyone had asked for Prosecco that morning and I was only entitled too e free glass. This was said in a curt manner and I isn't want another one at that time of day anyway. I wot book Aspire lounge again
