No seats available when we arrived, make shift seating found for us. Front desk staff appeared very stressed.

The only food available, which appeared after we had been waiting for nearly half an hour, was soup and what was described as a baguette, which did not appear to have been cooked. There were crisps and a few nibbles, but as we'd ordered a celebratory bottle of Prosecco, we didn't drink anything else. It was the worst value for money for any executive lounge I have ever paid for. The guy on reception said there was another Swissport lounge, but that was full of business customers. So we were better where we were. Never again!

While we only had one hour in the lounge due to flight delay, which I accept is not your fault to be told that we would only be allowed approx 45minutes instead of the full hour we were entitled to because they were expecting a large group coming in. We were then told that we could have food and drink however we were not entitled to the use the toilet facilities and had to up the toilets in the terminal I found this quite strange, especially when this was going to eat into the time we had left. I think a bit of flexibility would have been more acceptable baring in mind that I had already lost two hours of my three hour booking, where I could have been eating and drinking, and therefore not costing your company anything.

Lounge was very warm with little or no air con. Very crowded and when eventually found a seat very cramped. At least half of Buffett needed refreshing

Took too long to get into the lounge as there was a queue of people without bookings trying to purchase on the day. Only one girl on the entrance as it was early morning. Once in there were not enough seats to sit down. Food was good but it was far too crowded. I thought people had to book in advance so you knew numbers to expect

No food menu, just a poor self service buffet. This is not consistent with your competitors. The lounge was too busy and everyone was on top of one another. Reasonable view and a decent drinks selection were it's only saving graces. All in all, this was the poorer end of the lounges we have visited and not worth the expense.

Lovely lounge , good friendly service, but not enough choice of hot food, would love a bacon roll , or something hot! Or crisps, everything aimed at health fanatics!

The lounge was so full that there was nowhere to sit when we arrived (and we had paid for timed entry). We were asked to wait til seats were available which they were within about 10 minutes but food and drink selection was poor as was the service from the staff. We had booked the lounge as a treat to start our honeymoon but it certainly wasn't that - we left and went to Gordon Ramsey's Plane Food - much better service and food

When we arrived we couldn't find seats together, when we got a bacon roll there was only 1 left, we then had to wait 30 mins before they were refilled. I also thought the lounge was old and dated and very dim. The staff however were lovely and attentive

We have used the lounge before and found it very relaxing. This time it was complete chaos. There were huge queues for food and another for drinks. It resembled a third world country when the aid truck arrives.

Huge 25-minute wait to actually get into the lounge which was obviously over subscribed as being in a party of 4-people we had nowhere to sit, no ice for any drinks and the food was a really poor selection which was always running out.

Arrived on time but faced with a very busy lounge, no seats available to sit together. Food acceptable but very limited in choice. Continually waited for bar staff to appear to serve. On a positive note, great views of runway, pity unable to make use of loungers as fully occupied. Pity as could have purchased upgrade to business class on BA flight but chose not too as paid for this experience and lounge. Having visited a number of Aspire lounges across rage country, this was the worst by far and will affect future bookings.

We have visited this lounge before , this year. However I was not pleased with this experience. There was shorted of food, difficulty finding cuterely ,had to ask for it. Requested some cracker biscuits to go with cheese, and they were almost thrown at myself. Difinately not value for money,and I certainly would have to think about visiting again.
