“The executive lounge experience at Montego Bay was good. The process was very easy to follow, and the staff were all very helpful. The choices of food and drinks were good, and the facility was very clean and well maintained. The only downside was that there were no bottles of water available with the food - water had to be served from the bar with the remainder of the drinks.”

“This is the first time I have been here for breakfast and was a bit disappointed with the roll and bacon. Was for me a bit uncooked.. when I ask if it could be cooked more was told stick it in the microwave. The rest of the breakfast stuff was fine. Plenty of cerals and drinks. The afternoon and evening time is a lot better. Plenty of snacks, sandwiches, cakes.”

“My husband, myself and our two friends loved Aspire Lounge! We were in the new Aspire lounge which was very clean, modern and ideally located for our particular carrier (Ryanair). The food selection wasn't huge, but it was delicious - great vegan / veggie options and also a lovely beef stew and cheese selection. The wine and other drinks (gin, whisky, etc) were great, and it was definitely well worth the money when you factor in airport bar prices! Will be back!”

“Front reception staff a bit 'abrupt' but relatively polite. Food was great and seating was fine but we hot their pretty early due to flight time so missed the rush for food and seats. Would use again but only with some form of discount applied.”

“All good with one main criticism; used Manchester 3 times this year and each time it has been cold in the lounge. I gave feedback and was told the airport set the air con. However, this makes it too cold and quite uncomfortable.”

“The Lounge in Terminal 5 is small and busy but don’t let that put you off! The seating area is very comfortable. Stafff are helpful and friendly. The food and snacks selection is constantly restocked. There is also a small work area set aside from the main lounge for those who need to catch up on work. I welcomed the rest between flights. Would definitely use this Lounge again when travelling through Terminal 5”
