“Seem to be nice shutters, I don’t know… Can’t say I completely see the value. We didn’t get the color right. I ended up painting them and I must say I did a good job. Ha ha. They do look nice they were easy to install just not so sure about the price.”

“The shutters are beautiful and arrived sooner than expected. All the shutters are about 1/8 inch too long. Also when measuring it would have been helpful to know that there is a plastic holder at the bottom of the shutter so you would deduct approximately 1/4 inch. This would make your shutter line up to the window correctly. Our shutters are a little long.”

“Prompt and courteous from order placement through shipping and delivery of a good quality product. A Manufacturing defect was quickly replaced with a new item. Again, delivery was fast. Would definitely recommend Exterior Solutions as a source for window shutters.”

“Delivery took a bit longer than promised, but that is understandable, with everything else that is going on. Because of the weather here in the Northeast, I have not installed the shutters yet. But they look good and I don't anticipate any problems.”

“The shutters we ordered look amazing and were very easy to install. The only thing preventing me from going full five star is that the product listing did not tell us that the shutters came with vinyl shutter spikes included. We ordered enough additional spikes to do the whole project, not knowing there would be spikes with each set of shutters.”

“I replaced 35+ year old wood shutters with vinyl shutters. Not only were the wood shutters dated, but they were about 1/2 the width they should be. The extra wide shutters I ordered arrived exactly as I expected them to look. The instructions for mounting the extra wide panel shutters was not as instructive as the instructions and video for the regular size louvered shutters. For that reason, I deducted a star. Once I figured out where to drill the holes and how to mount the first shutter on a brick veneer wall, the rest were relatively easy. Once mounted, from 10 to 15 feet the shutters look nice and just like wood shutters. From the road, you would never guess they are vinyl.”

“The only complaint I had was no tracking #, or email that told me my order went thru. I still need 2 pair of small shudders that I will order once I get the measurements and I will buy again from them.”

“Shutters look great, but communication from home office is lacking. It would have been nice to know when they were going to be shipped. Their communication with the customer could be improved.”
