Not impressed w/customer service. When making an order, you cannot add/change quantity, until after you click "add to cart", which is confusing. On 1/5, I called the customer service number, but they were busy, so I put in a request for them to call back (but still remain in line in the queue). Never heard back from them. So I emailed them telling them I needed to add another pair of the glasses to my order, never heard anything from them. I finally received a reply, stating they couldn't make any changes to the order because it had already been shipped out. While I appreciate the fast shipping, I was not able to get a second pair of glasses as the same price. I attempted to reorder, but I did not get the discount I had received in the first order.

I was quite disappointed to receive contacts that had been manufactured in previous years. Wouldn’t buy again given the shorter shelf life of their products than every other seller I’ve purchased from. Tried to exchange but there is a fee and they aren’t able to guarantee the others won’t have the same issue

I have sent 3 emails with no response. I was sent the incorrect prescription for one eye.... please respond.

Glasses were fine. However, I never received any assistance with filing insurance the way they claim they will assist. They claim they will take care of everything but they dont even respond. Not good!!!

Ordered frames that matched what my glasses said. They came but are a size smaller. Emailed and have received no reply. Frames nice but customer service seems to be lacking and my frames are of no use to me

I’ve used you guys three times before. On this order I only Received my eyes solution but not my contacts. When I tried to call customer service I would literally waited for half an hour and no one came to the line. I tried calling back several times and still no connection I have not even received an email with my order update and when I can expect my contacts.

Ordered glasses, site said get them as early as tomorrow. That was over a week ago. Still don’t have them. Company uses DHL and the product made it all the way to my town and went back and I have no idea where it is now. Just says enroute. Is it coming by sloth?

I gave a "poor" rating instead of "very poor" because I have purchased Ray Ban sunglasses from them previously and they were new. I just recently purchased a pair of Burberry's that arrived defective and clearly pre-used and worn. The arms had been massively stretched and bent out of shape. So much so, the glasses don't close properly. I have repeatedly tried to reach out to EZ Contacts via phone, messaging, email and chat and no response. I am deeply annoyed at this poor level of customer service which is just icing on being sent a used pair of sunglasses.

I have been tracking my last order. My glasses were an hour from my house (West Sacramento) 3 days ago, then sent to Reno 2 & 1/2 hours from me, and now in Stockton, CA. I still have not received them.

Placed an order for two pairs of frames. One pair was received but had to make numerous calls and send send three requests to get an update. Then was told parts are on backorder and it will be 2-3 weeks...so that ruined a Christmas gift. The site should have said it was on backorder so another pair could be chosen. Sub par

My contacts got to me in good. The only thing is the fast contacts I opened was ripped so now I'm out a contact. Disappointed

Purchased 2 frames one of which arrived relatively quickly (shipped to Canada), however was damaged right out of the box. Customer service has been non-existent despite trying to contact them through their website and through email without any acknowledgment or response. Attempts to call the customer service line has been futile due to long wait times. The second frame arrived 2.5 weeks after ordering, however, was in good condition. Customer service needs improvement to address issues with product quality in a timely way as my concerns are yet to be addressed.
