I ordered contacts December 1 and it is December 12 and still not have been delivered yet. Have contacted customer service on December 7 with no response.

Ordering was easy, and shipping was quick. Something is wrong with the left contact, it is rough around the edge and scratched my eye so now I can’t even wear them

Site did not say I couldn't return my sunglasses. It states in return policy that I have 30 days. I did not like sty lmk e, but when I went in to my order it says not returnable. WTF! I wrote to company, and the person didn't help at all.

Was sent the wrong Rx and now the exchange form is stating I have to pay shipping for the correct contacts to be sent, even though this error was not my fault.

The OcuSoft was shipped promptly by EZContacts, and the price was OK. But EZContacts shipped by DHL, which delivered it to the U.S. Mail to forward to me. According to tracking it arrived at the nearby U.S. Mail facility 5 days ago, but it has not yet been delivered to me. Next time give it to the monkeys in the zoo to deliver it. They will do a better job.

Have yet to receive product. Was a gift for son, whose bday now passed. Waited 35 minutes by phone Speak with ur rep. Called at 9am as per ur business hrs. Would hope ur company would go beyond and make this more than right. Palm Springs Ca. Senior 🙏

I still haven’t recvd my order that I paid for going on 2 weeks now. It appears my pkg was mis-shipped by DHL. I called EZComtacts C/S today and although the girl was polite could not give me any satisfaction on the lost pkg. She said she had to escalate this issue to the credit dept. When I asked when they would contact me she said as soon as they can”. She was only following protocol. Now I have no contacts and I’m out my money I prepaid. As a first time customer, I’m quite disappointed and still waiting for an update. Leaving a bad taste in my mouth. TM

Unhappy Customer! I had problems just getting my contacts shipped. They literally sat almost a week if not a full week before they were even shipped. I called the Monday after I placed the order the week before to ask why they had not been shipped. To be told - Out of Stock. I requested to cancel my order. She would not allow me to cancel and assured me they would arrive and ship the next day. I told her if they did not ship next day, I was canceling. Tuesday - Called - Not shipped - Request Cancel - No can do, shipping label already created so you can not cancel now. Contacted shipper to be told label created ONLY - they had not received order to ship. So again, it never left your site for a week or more. Unacceptable and not good business. I should have been able to cancel the first time I requested. Thankfully finally received contacts. I chose you because you had the best price. Not sure if its worth the hassle. Thank you!

Please redesign your site to request all required info before getting to payment section. It also lacks a cancel button if you need to stop the order to get more info.

The material the contacts were made of feels very cheap. I am not happy with these lenses.

I have gotten 2 emails to review my contacts and still have not received them. I got a message saying my contacts were delivered and they have not. I am waiting another 24 hours per the website.

My Precision1 contacts by Alcon arrived in a timely manner, but I have had issues with the quality of the contacts. I have opened three of the daily lenses so far, and two out of the three lenses have been bent in half when I have tried to take them out of the package. Both were too bent to keep comfortably on my eye. For as expensive as these lenses are, I expect better quality.

best price by far on contacts but you never ship your contacts out with 1-2 business days. Every single time I order I have to call or email to nudge you to ship my contacts. Even when there is a valid prescription already on file. When I last complained, I was told that I should email you when I place the order so my order is shipped in a timely matter. That's the shittest customer service response I've ever received. You need to fix your order fulfillment process or policies. If you can't meet your publicized deadlines, then maybe you shouldn't state 1-2 business days. My last order took 2 weeks to arrive. The only consideration I was given was a 10 day set of contacts. It's not good enough. I'm seriously considering never ordering again from you. I'm giving you one more chance.

Glasses are not brand new. Visible micro scratches on glasses. Box wasn't sealed.

One of my lenses was not useable and would hurt my eye when applied . I feel as if I should be refunded a lens !
