The price is great, shipped on time but I haven’t received them yet. It’s been 10 days but I believe the fault lands on the Postal Service.

My contacts were shipped to Jersey and I'm in Brooklyn. On top of that I have not received any emails notifications or updates. I had to search through USPS on my own.

It wasn't easy to navigate the site. Nor did I get the discounts that kept popping up while I searched for my item.

I got the wrong pair of glasses. I ordered two pairs and one of them came in the wrong frame color. The second pair was good though.

The sunglasses I ordered came quickly and the price was great, but when I received them, the case that accompanied them did not match the brand. I emailed customer service about it three days ago and have not heard back yet, nor did I get some automated response email acknowledging that my email inquiry was received. This leads me to be a little uneasy about the authenticity of the sunglasses that I purchased, which if they were a forgery, they would then be completely overpriced.

Great price and fast delivery but the wrong lenses. I did send script which had the correct info, which apparently was ignored. Phone support is hard to get through-- no weekend support 😟 Writing to them yielded no response, thus far. I am stuck with unusable contacts.

Quick shipping but.....customer service has yet to respond to me about returning one of the 3 pairs of sunglasses I purchased which is defective. I've been waiting for two days now for a response but have not heard a peep. I realize we're in the middle of a pandemic and some businesses are working with limited staff and taking longer to get back to customers. However, if that's the case, then ezcontacts perhaps needs to consider revising their 30 day return/exchange policy. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I placed three different orders... The first one I got it on time the second one I had to push contacting costumer service... The third one no response at all and I'm still waiting. Terrible costumer service!

I was initially pleased with the price but paid for expedited shipping 4 pairs of Oakleys orders on two were shipped the others took weeks I have reached out twice to get the late shipped pairs picked up and a refund and shipping rebate ill let you know how it goes

I have tracked my shipment and it made it all the way to the capital of my state and then disappeared and went to New York and has been there for 4 days.

Contacts seem cheaper than from Dr and I go through them way faster than I should because they tear very easily! Shipping is usually slow and not as promised

The cost of contacts is now average. The shipping seems to have slowed with the last couple or orders placed. I will be looking around at other sites

I live in Brooklyn the place where I ordered is in Brooklulyn why does it take over a month for a order to be completed? I still waiting for a pair of glasses .
