Not reliable at all, do not use, I have been given a post code ( UB3 5DN) to drop my car and hand my keys to the reception. The place was a car wash, there is no car parking. I called the number that was given to me on the email. He asked me to drop off the car at the airport. There was no shutter service as promised in the email. I waited at the airport under stress after making several calls when the driver will be coming to pick up the car. There is a charge to be paid paid for drop off the car. At the end he did turn up I handed my keys and run to do my check in.. After my arrival, I waited for an hour to get my car back, after making 3 calls , the car was returned filled with birds dropping. A dreadful experience . DO NOT USE

Absolutely shocking!!! Terrible service car was filthy when finally returned looked like it had been rallying for a week thick mud inside & out Not enough staff to deliver our car we had to wait In the freezing cold to be picked up to be taken to our car This is not what we paid for a full refund is needed

Booked with ezybook as stars looked pretty good on the comparison site I used. Should have searched for independent reviews first!! Our flight was cancelled due to storm Eunice. Flight rearranged for next day. I rang our driver (the day before our original pickup date) who took details of our meet and greet booking. He said it was ok and we would be picked up on the date of our new flight (the day later). We phoned the driver 30mins prior arrival at the terminal. Was told we should have arrived yesterday and we could not get picked up, denying all knowledge of phone call!! We had to book in at Heathrow long stay for £230 and in a rush to get flight with 2 young kids. !!!NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Premium Parking - Park and Ride We dropped our car off at Ezybook supplier, Kwik Park in Colnbrook on 6th February and were informed we had to pay an additional £10 for the driver to drop us at the airport, it had to be cash and he would not issue a receipt. Upon arriving back today we were informed we had to pay another £10 to which we denied saying we paid on Sunday, after a while they agreed and let us leave. I believe this is bordering scandalous behaviour and have never previously experienced any company demanding additional payment after I have agreed and paid in full the agreed amount for parking and transport to and from an airport. In regards to the service provided, it was not ideal, they seem to use just one car so had to wait 30 minutes to be transported to the airport, and another passenger and another employee also got into the car, which was not comfortable in these current COVID times. Additionally we had to wait 60 minutes in Arrivals after collecting our bags as there was no driver/car to collect us. We will not use EzyBook again and would recommend people seriously consider the hidden charges and lack of service before booking.

Do not use this company they are rude, make you wait , dont care have a big attitude. They can charge you if you are late but if they are late they dont care . They threatened to leave my car on Short Stay for 2 weeks . Rubbish Rubbish, use a more reputable company pay a little extra not worth ll the hassle

Ezybook airport parking - Skylink Parking - Enigma Parking Limited. DO NOT USE THEM It s a scam from the beginning. Once you book online, you will receive an email that will state to get to a post code (parking yard). This is not true, its a scam. They will tell you to go to the terminal and drop your car to one of their drivers. I ve booked 4 extra days by mistake and told them i will be back on the 14th not the 18th. They said for me to notify their driver and i will have my car back. NOT THE CASE. When i called them after my arrival, they said they have 120 cars to move to get mine back. After 1h of debate over the phone, i got the police involved. This guys started to swear at the police. They said they won t return my car until the next day. I called them again and said the car will be there in 30 mins if I pay extra 30£. I did it just to get my car back, after 3 hours if phone calls. One of the guy s name is Muhammad Hadik or Hatik. They ve sent the driver to the airport with my car. They disconnected my camera in the car so I won t see where the car was driven. PLEASE, DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL. 07759 579014 - this is their number - spred it wide so people dont use these clows. If you check their company registration you will see they close and open new companies with slightly different names. Its not over for these fools.

I called the day before to inform me that I could not leave because the Antigen test had not worked so I had to order another one and postpone the departure until later but they did not want to know anything they asked me again for the entire amount despite I had not used of no service.

Enigma meet and greet are a joke worst service ever and Ezybook don’t seem To care or do anything about them despite recommending them. Do not use go elsewhere the service is sure they are rude ignorant people and keep you waiting for ever and don’t even meet you where they are supposed to. It’s not a meet and greet it’s a shambles and probably scam. Read other reviews too. Wish I had as I’d never have used them!!

AVOID!! BASICALLY A SCAM AVOID!!! This is basically a fraudulent business! They don’t tell you the name of the company that will be taking your car until you have paid, i then googled it and it is HORRIFIC, has shocking reviews and they took my money and would not refund even thought I tried cancelling seconds after the booking was made. Very rude and I professional staff.. I would NEVER LEAVE MY CAR WITH THEM! Google reviews before you book! People had they cars keyed and 80% of them never got picked up and were left waiting for hours! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

If I could give this service a zero I would. DO NOT BOOK YOUR CAR FROM THIS PLACE. Absolute scammers not only do they not kno what customer service is but they think it's ok to steal parts of ur car and when questioned they have no knowledge of it. My husband and I went away on a emergency basis and had no other choice to book here. We arrived to a back street where they told us to take ourselves to the airport and they would drive our car back to a secure place. We didn't get any paperwork just a dodgy guy. We were concerned at this point but it was too late to cancel. We arrived back and called the company and they kept telling us 10 mins they would be here. we waited 4 hours for our car and when we got handed the keys the guy ran off. We instantly knew something was wrong as the engine light came on. They had stolen our catalytic and when questioned they had no knowledge. 12 hours later we were still stuck in Heathrow airport waiting for AA service. Unnescary headache. Pay a little extra for the service. AVOID AT ALL COST.

DO NOT USE! My vehicle had the number plate changed with electrical tape and when I challenged this I recieved a very agressive response from the guy on the phone.Lot's of lies told and apparently I receieved a service and should ignore the fact that my vehicle had been tampered with. Police Contacted and have them on their radar now. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I wish I had done my research.

The service I encountered was very bad. No customer service to deal with and lack of knowledge on how to properly handle a customer. The representative never came to receive my car for parking. I eventually missed my flight due to their lack of service. This company does not have a stand in the parking terminal to greet you when you arrive. I called the phone number provided on the website and was just told that driver will be there in 10 minutes, which never happened. After calling to get updates because the driver never came i was getting ignored and hung up on in my face. Do not use this company. 0 rating at best.

Customer Satisfaction - Negative not even Zero Customer Support - Never got a reply on email. They are ruining the travel with Zenith Car Parking Cancel the booking without informing the customer and then keep passing the issue from Ezybook to Zenith Car park. Refund not processed for 20 days and no responses.

I arrived in London Heathrow call them they said 20 to 25 minutes we been waiting 1 hours my little 3 mother child she was crying all the time we been waiting in the cold for 1 hours then they come and go back to the can they ask use to pay other £5 extra fees why they never mentioned on the website so we had to pay they parking in Heathrow car park because they pick use up why Please people don't west you money and your time it's far from airport and hard to find the car park when you arrive I will never recommend this place always red the reviews before you look for to park

Had to cancel my parking the day before the booking due to my passport renewal not coming on time and meaning I missed my holiday. Ezybook were mostly unresponsive via email and when they did reply would not accommodate any kind of change of dates, partial refund, or any other solution. Despite not providing any actual car parking service, they refused to refund any of the cost of the booking. I would highly warn anyone against using this company and recommend to avoid using them due to the poor customer service.

My car did not turn up. Had to book last minute parking at the airport at double the price. Am still awaiting a refund. No question of compensation for the stress/additional expense. Avoid at all costs.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY & FAR FROM BEING AN EZY-BOOK! Awaiting a refund from these cowboys for 13 weeks now, constantly being forced to take up a voucher instead of a refund. I had to really put my foot down and not allow EZYBOOK to bully me into taking the voucher. I didn’t use their service, cancelled immediately on the same day as booking and I’ve been chasing them up for my money back ever since. Review left on trustpilot and funny they responded immediately and lied that the system automatically deducts £15 admin fee yet I’m told my order number was so old they’ll need to refund me by me providing my bank details yet they refuse to issue a full refund. It’s 2021 why am I waiting 13 weeks and counting for a refund? This shouldn’t be allowed and I’m here to expose this company so that nobody else goes through what I and many other have gone through.

We booked with Mayfair Parking through Ezybook. It was a terrible experience with an extremely poor service and disingenuous business model. After landing back in the UK, we realised we can't get our car, as they have lost the keys to our car. The company refused to help us get home at midnight, forcing us to take a taxi. Next day, we realised Mayfair had dropped the keys in another customer's car, who contacted us. Based on the documents with the car key, they parked our car on a street in Slough and not in a secure car park. I have the copy of the document where they have mentioned which street they parked my car in. They say on the website that they have a secure car park, CCTV, patrols, etc. All lies. You are better off using official airport parking services. At least your car will be safe, even if it's expensive. Do not trust such companies. Mayfair Parking are yet to respond to my request to refund my taxi fare. By the way, their company policy is that they only respond to emails and no phone calls. The standard SLA for reply to emails is 14 days. Seems an ideal way not to deal with customers.

This people are dubious, first they over charged on my card and when i cancelled my booking they told me the refund process would take weeks but if i choose a voucher that would be sent to me in couple of hours. I chose the voucher option but trust me it’s been three weeks now i haven’t got any voucher from them and when i call they don’t pick up. Please avoid this fraud of a company they don’t give a F about their customers.

I booked through this Company as it was the cheapest, and it stated it was FREE cancellation **DO NOT BE FOOLED IT IS NOT FREE** they charged £15 admin fee. my plans changed and had to cancel. I was told my refund will take up to 7 Days, more than a week passed and still no refund so I emailed them several times over the next week with no reply, I tried to ring them and I took more than ten attempts to speak to them as nobody was answering the phone for then to be shouted at with them saying "you will get your refund when you get it" I have had to get my bank involved as I am getting nowhere with this company **PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO ALL OF THE BAD REVIEWS THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY**
