About Fantastic Services:

Fantastic Services Family started its journey back in 2009. It all began with a meeting of two like-minded individuals, company founders Rune Sovndahl and Anton Skarlatov. Rune needed a cleaner and Anton ran a cleaning business. Very quickly they both realised they shared a vision and could deliver cleaning services in a much better way, by working together.

With two laptops, a sofa to sit on and a shared mobile phone, a small operation was born. The aim was to build something simple but deliver the best service possible for both clients and cleaning crews. We call that philosophy 360-degree happiness.

From these humble beginnings, we've now grown into a multi-operational business offering a wide range of services to homeowners and commercial customers alike. We've continued to add more domestic services to enhance our portfolio and due to increased demand, these additional services have grown into their own separate brands.

“We’ve had a hot water problem, caused by a previous plumbing company. I was skeptical about Fantastic Services at first because of the mixed reviews. But I didn’t see any complaints about their plumbing jobs, so I decided to try. It couldn’t get any worse, I thought. And, I was pleasantly surprised. They fixed the hot water problem from before and fitted the new loo I bought. They were punctual and very polite. I’m happy I finally found a company I can rely on.”

“Admirations to the technician who came yesterday, late afternoon to fix a plumbing issue. The plumber was extremely kind, helpful and organised. I was terrified when saw the whole kitchen floor flooded. Thanks to the technician from Fantastic Services, and his quick reaction, he prevented a lot of damages and costs. The issue was fixed with one visit, and thankfully the damages were insignificant. I recommend the company because of its fast reaction and responsive.”

“I love the straight forward booking process. I think all service businesses should allow you to book online. The carpet cleaner arrived a few minutes earlier. He was very polite. “When my house was at its worst, Fantastic Services were at their best. The service was professional and much better than any other company I had previously tried. They were flexible when scheduling and worked prompt and thorough. Despite the mess my house was into, there was no judgment from the cleaners. “I recently used their gardening service to prepare my garden for the winter season, and I was pleased with the result. Roses and bushes needed cutting, also lawn had to be cut. The job was carried out absolutely professionally and the technicians observed the needed social distancing. The two guys also cleared the area and took all the waste ( trimmings, grass and leaves) with them when leaving. I have no hesitation in booking Fantastic Services again!”

“It's my first time having my house carpets cleaned. I made an appointment online, and a girl from the call centre contacted me the next morning to confirm areas to be serviced and the quote. I chose this company because of the many positive reviews, and I was not disappointed. My initial appointment was for the midday, but they were thoughtful and called me back when they had a morning cancellation. That worked best. Cleaners were on time, called before arriving, and were very polite and professional. They explained to me everything very well and were very thorough. Saved me from getting new carpets because my carpets look terrific and smell great. So, thanks, guys!”

“Booked for a deep clean of our new house. As we were not there, the cleaners let themselves in nearly 2 hours late. Then they proceeded to wreak havoc throughout our house. A bifold electric door, broken, the remote left on the floor and wide open for nearly 48 hours until we arrived. Housewarming gifts taken and cans of drank alcohol left in their boxes. A huge scratch on our new kitchen floor. All the lights left on, for nearly 2 days. Needless to say we are devastated and couldn’t have regretted using this company more. Thus far, no reply from customer service. We will also now be paying for our locks to be changed. Appalling.”

“My greatest compliment goes to the communication skills of the call centre staff. Since I’ve never booked a gardening service before, i had no idea what the procedure was, so I asked lots of questions. I had a polite young lady (at least she sounded young) give me detailed information about my every concern. I kept her on the phone for a long time, I’m pretty sure she was fed up with me after my first dozen questions, but she stayed calm and sweet until the end. Once I got properly introduced to the kind of work they do, I booked the lawn care service. The gardeners did a good job, I mean, how hard is it to cut grass? But my biggest praise goes to this sweet young lady on the phone. Good job, dear. I hope they pay you well.”

“Fantastic Services was recommended to me by a friend. I needed a boiler installation urgently and was in a complicated situation. Fortunately, they were able e to set an appointment for the same day, which was great. The technicians were courteus and knowledgeable and the installation passed smoothly. “Not sure where to start, not a lot went right with this booking. Booked in for an end of tenancy clean and was sold on the promise of their 72-hour guarantee. On arrival they were very dismissive and unhelpful. I left them for the requested 3 hours to do the clean. When reviewing the clean it was apparent that there was a long list of things that had not been done. For example, they hadn't dusted a lot of areas, under the bed had been completely missed, the wooden floors seemed to be mopped with cold water, as none of the dirt had lifted and the floor was sticky. The external windows had not been cleaned, which I payed extra for, the cleaners said this isn't something they do. On top of these rectifiable issues, they had spilt bleach on the wooden work top, leaving two large marks. When I flagged all this with the two cleaners they said that they had to leave and I needed to call Fantastic Services. When calling to complain, your only option was to leave a voice mail, with a 'promise' that they will call you back within 30 minutes. I had to leave two voice messages 30 minutes apart from the other to finally receive a call back. They requested photos and said they would look into it. I sent the photos straight away. I was hoping that they would send someone round the next day as part of their 72-hour guarantee but no one got back to us. This all happened a few weeks ago and we are still fighting for a refund for the windows and a solution for the damaged work tops. They rarely reply and when they did they accused us of lying. This has been a very stressful and unpleasant service. I would not recommend them to anyone.”

“No doubt a professional staff! At first, I asked the call centre agent about the variety of their cleaning services since I wasn’t sure what kind I need. She asked me a few simple questions and then booked me for a one-off deep cleaning. I’ve never booked such services before, so this was of great help. The cleaners she sent me were very swift and thorough. I mostly had my doubts about the bathroom. It was in a very poor state, i thought it wouldn’t be possible to have it effectively cleaned.
