About Fantastic Services:

Fantastic Services Family started its journey back in 2009. It all began with a meeting of two like-minded individuals, company founders Rune Sovndahl and Anton Skarlatov. Rune needed a cleaner and Anton ran a cleaning business. Very quickly they both realised they shared a vision and could deliver cleaning services in a much better way, by working together.

With two laptops, a sofa to sit on and a shared mobile phone, a small operation was born. The aim was to build something simple but deliver the best service possible for both clients and cleaning crews. We call that philosophy 360-degree happiness.

From these humble beginnings, we've now grown into a multi-operational business offering a wide range of services to homeowners and commercial customers alike. We've continued to add more domestic services to enhance our portfolio and due to increased demand, these additional services have grown into their own separate brands.

“Fantastic Services was recommended to me by a friend. I needed a boiler installation urgently and was in a complicated situation. Fortunately, they were able e to set an appointment for the same day, which was great. The technicians were courteus and knowledgeable and the installation passed smoothly. They kept the working area clean and tidy so I dodn't have to clean after the service. Definitely a quality service which I recommend!”

“Not sure where to start, not a lot went right with this booking. Booked in for an end of tenancy clean and was sold on the promise of their 72-hour guarantee. On arrival they were very dismissive and unhelpful. I left them for the requested 3 hours to do the clean. When reviewing the clean it was apparent that there was a long list of things that had not been done. For example, they hadn't dusted a lot of areas, under the bed had been completely missed, the wooden floors seemed to be mopped with cold water, as none of the dirt had lifted and the floor was sticky. The external windows had not been cleaned, which I payed extra for, the cleaners said this isn't something they do. On top of these rectifiable issues, they had spilt bleach on the wooden work top, leaving two large marks. When I flagged all this with the two cleaners they said that they had to leave and I needed to call Fantastic Services. When calling to complain, your only option was to leave a voice mail, with a 'promise' that they will call you back within 30 minutes. I had to leave two voice messages 30 minutes apart from the other to finally receive a call back. They requested photos and said they would look into it. I sent the photos straight away. I was hoping that they would send someone round the next day as part of their 72-hour guarantee but no one got back to us. This all happened a few weeks ago and we are still fighting for a refund for the windows and a solution for the damaged work tops. They rarely reply and when they did they accused us of lying. This has been a very stressful and unpleasant service. I would not recommend them to anyone.”

“I regularly book carpet cleaning from Fantastic Services, once every six months, and always get excellent cleaning service! The last visit was last Friday, and the technician arrived early, was knowledgeable and did a great job. This time he also gave me some great advice on how to take care of my carpets and keep them fresh for a longer period. I am really happy with the service and will keep using the same company!”

“No doubt a professional staff! At first, I asked the call centre agent about the variety of their cleaning services since I wasn’t sure what kind I need. She asked me a few simple questions and then booked me for a one-off deep cleaning. I’ve never booked such services before, so this was of great help. The cleaners she sent me were very swift and thorough. I mostly had my doubts about the bathroom. It was in a very poor state, i thought it wouldn’t be possible to have it effectively cleaned. But after I saw the spotless result, I knew I had hired true professionals. Every company should work like that. Fantastic job!”

“Packing and moving were from the highest quality. The two lovely guys carefully packed my belongings, taking attention to the fragile stuff. The moving passed smoothly, it even took less time than the originally booked, so I paid only for the time spent! Really stressless service, one of the best I ever used. “This company is just simply excellent. I had my dog urinating and stitching in the carpet with its claws. As upset as I was yelling at my dog and upset over this thousand dollar plus carpet, when I called Fantastic Services, the problem got solved before it even began. They were at my home within 2 hours and did all the necessary job. I got my carpet back in its look as if I purchased it brand new. They cleaned up the entire carpet and fixed the little spot the dog created. Thank you!”

“As a regular customer of Fantastic Services, I would rate them with 5 stars for quality and responsiveness. I have used several of their domestic services such as handyman, removals and cleaning services, and I didn't have issues with any of them. Most of the services I user were before the COVOD pandemic, but the last cleaning session was in September, and the technicians were well prepared and wore a protection kit. I am happy with their services, will keep using them and would recommend Fantastic to others.”

“Avoid at all costs! I called to make a booking for an inventory check in last week. I specified that the agency and tenant will meet them at the property at the given time with the keys. The inventory clerk was 20-25 mins late with no apology and apparently they have 1 hour window to get there even though I had confirmed with them beforehand that they need to be there on time for the agent to hand over the keys. Since last week, I have been asking the the clerk to call me and have been advised that they will today, but still I have not received any call. The customer service from gofantastic after taking your money is beyond poor. They are unresponsive but are quick to take your money!!”

“Everyone on the team has been so accommodating. My regular cleaner does a great job. The first time I ordered the service, it was very last minute, and Fantastic Services sent a team to clean up my very messy house made by my dirty dogs during the muddy season. I would recommend them and feel very safe having them in my place when I'm not there. Plus, they are not afraid of my dogs.”

“I recently booked a handyman from Fantastic and the service was well organised. The technician came on-time, fully prepared and wore a mask and gloves because of the current situation. “APPALLING EXPERIENCE, WE WERE RIPPED OFF! We paid an upfront membership and arranged a 4 hour cleaning service for a small 2 bedroom house and I have never been so conned. The lady simply did not provide a service, nothing was cleaned. The customer service was also appalling and did provide a sufficient solution or refund. She arrived an hour late, she started to clean upstairs and tidied up my dresser and hoovered the bedroom...after 15 minutes I asked her to start downstairs so I could get showered and then leave the house to let her carry on. When I came home, the only difference was a clean kitchen counter, bed was dressed (not in new sheets) and cushions tidied on our sofa. She did not sweep any of the floors, our tiny bathroom (2x2m) was not cleaned at all, clothes were not tidied, my daughters highchair was not cleaned, the list goes on. She certainly left soon after I left my house. Not only was I appalled at the lack of cleaning, I was also deeply offended that she thought she could get away with that. I genuinely felt conned. When I emailed customer service ( you can't call for complaints interestingly, you leave a voicemail), I received an email to say they would investigate but if I didn't hear from them within 7 days it would be considered closed. After pursuing hard, I was only offered 1 hour refund (£13)...they tried to tell me that cleaners sometimes cannot finish everything in the 4 hours so they have to prioritise....there is no way she spent a full hour cleaning. I clean the house in 3 hours but wanted a cleaner to get a break from it. Honestly I have never been so ripped off. In the end we applied for a chargeback from our bank and they would not return all of our money.”
