About Fantastic Services:

Fantastic Services Family started its journey back in 2009. It all began with a meeting of two like-minded individuals, company founders Rune Sovndahl and Anton Skarlatov. Rune needed a cleaner and Anton ran a cleaning business. Very quickly they both realised they shared a vision and could deliver cleaning services in a much better way, by working together.

With two laptops, a sofa to sit on and a shared mobile phone, a small operation was born. The aim was to build something simple but deliver the best service possible for both clients and cleaning crews. We call that philosophy 360-degree happiness.

From these humble beginnings, we've now grown into a multi-operational business offering a wide range of services to homeowners and commercial customers alike. We've continued to add more domestic services to enhance our portfolio and due to increased demand, these additional services have grown into their own separate brands.

“Be really careful. Bad customer experience. You pay for the quote, that you get with missing information, and when you ask for some small changes to it, they never happened, despite us calling them several times. I have asked to have my quote reimbursed as it is not valid and now it is silence, no response. Be careful!”

“Absolute professionalism! Simple and easy booking process with nice and clear communication with customer services. The cleaner was friendly and extremely focused on his job. He didn't just wipe off the dirt from the oven, he separated all the necessary parts, cleaned them thoroughly and then put them back together. Now my oven is clean and shiny like brand new.”

“Amazing experience from call centre agent to saying goodbye to the cleaners. I booked the one-off cleaning service, because we needed some serious after-party cleaning. A very polite and very helpful lady walked me thruogh the procedure of the booking and the appointment date. It was a little of a short-notice, but I still managed to book on the date I wanted. I was sent two cleaners, who got to work right away and left the place sparkling clean. I already recommended Fantastic Services to my closest friends, so they could have the same experience I had. “Booked a handyman who did not do the job at the booked slot and the company totally turned a blind eye and said WE DO NOT HAVE ANY POLICY FOR DEALING WITH SLOTS THAT WE O NOT DO. The most rubbish people have gathered here. I am not sure how much of their apparent reviews are correct.”

“This company is well worth the monthly plan that I am on. I hardly had any issues since I began their regular service program, which I started on the first call to them because I don’t want to deal with insects and other scary things. If an issue does pop up, they quickly respond on the phone along with the technician. The professional explains things in a way that is always educational and helps me keep calm about the situation.
