“Value for money was poor - 8 small items for nearly £70 and the majority just snacks that could have been bought much cheaper Arrived on time and well packaged but I'd be much more careful in buying vegan food online in future”

“My daughter recommended your products so I ordered 2 boxes to be delivered in London. ( I live in New Zealand) both were delivered promptly and both recipients were thrilled. Unfortunately my daughters box has still not been delivered - although the courier insists it has been”

“Parcel arrived today(17th dec) after ordering it on 11th dec. Had ordered the craft gin and tonic hamper. It came with two cardboard boxes and when i took the outer cardboard box off I knew something was wrong as the inside box was soaked. Opened it to find the tonic water smashed and glass all over the packaging! It was supposed to be a christmas gift and now it cant be given. Wrote a complaint email and now waiting to see what happens. Very disappointed!”
