“My daughter recommended your products so I ordered 2 boxes to be delivered in London. ( I live in New Zealand) both were delivered promptly and both recipients were thrilled. Unfortunately my daughters box has still not been delivered - although the courier insists it has been”

“Parcel arrived today(17th dec) after ordering it on 11th dec. Had ordered the craft gin and tonic hamper. It came with two cardboard boxes and when i took the outer cardboard box off I knew something was wrong as the inside box was soaked. Opened it to find the tonic water smashed and glass all over the packaging! It was supposed to be a christmas gift and now it cant be given. Wrote a complaint email and now waiting to see what happens. Very disappointed!”

“No doubt things will improve but I found the process to be laborious and I'm not sure that the FODA prefix is a good idea! Reminds me of cattle food!! All three items were, I felt, not up to standard and I am unlikely to buy them again.”

“I received one cheese and then the two others days later with no communication that this would happen. I was then told at checkout that postage was £4 but when I got my receipt I was charged £10 for postage. I emailed the company for an explanation and got no response. Would not order again.”
