“unfortunately following many promises goods did not ship or arrive, even though order was placed in ample time. In the end had to request a refund at last minute as no reply to final attempts to chase an ETA, and left with very limited time pre xmas to find alternative gifts. 1st experience unfortunately very poor, and could not recommend, or use again going forward based on this experience. Real shame as the quality of product certainly looks good ... if only you could get it!”

“Very disappointed. Ordered a Christmas present weeks before Christmas. Boroughbox shouldn’t have accepted my order if they couldn’t deliver in time. No warning from them, just disappointed friend who couldn’t understand why his present hadn’t arrived got in touch with me, when nothing arrived. Now they say they can’t do anything till after 4th Jan.”

“Amazing idea for a Xmas gift we used as part of a hamper pack that it’s theme was ‘travel’. Flavours from around the world great pack sizes and great variety. I’m sure they’ll love it. Will be ordering again. Quick delivery and nice package box suitable for gift”

“I had sent a Boroughbox to 15 members of our team and we couldn't be more happy with them . Some received the London Craft Beer box, and others the vegetarian version and they were all so pleased with the quality of the goods inside. The icing on the cake was the pine box (many are now on display in people's homes), but the cherry on top of that icing was the beer glass that was a paid for added extra - so worth it! We opened them on our virtual Christmas party, and had a lot of fun consuming it during the call. Will 100% be buying again in the future! Thanks BoroughBox! You made our Christmas!”

“All of the products received were of good quality and taste - but VERY expensive! I found that similar items available from Cote at Home were much better value for money, and had just as much excitement and surprise value. So I would say that BB is for corporate accounts only - if you're spending your own money better value can be sourced elsewhere.”

“Two lovely boxes ordered as Christmas presents and couldn't be happier with them. An inventive and varied range of products that really stand out from the usual hamper offerings. All price points covered too and to top it off arrived in lovely recyclable packaging. Will use this company again and again. 5 stars!”
