“Trying to order two sets of your Prosecco Cocktails has proved one of the most frustrating experiences of my 86 years! I found it impossible to contact by phone, couldn't figure out how to place an email order - your system was only accepting orders for ONE set (or 175!). Finally I received an acknowlegement from Mr Ugoletti, who ofered to help, but then I found he was living in Italy ( would you believe?). Fortunately, I was put in touch with Lisa Nakkan, who was really helpful, and explained the Prosecco Cocktails were supplied by World of Zing (Nick).She speedily arranged payment - but despite her best efforts and several emails, I am still waiting and was last promised the Cocktails would be here today. However, I tried twice to check the tracking details and was not entirely surprised to find the code number was not correct on either occasion. I shall not be using BoroughBox or World of Zing again - life is too short.”

“Superb customer service - we were delivered empty box as chocolates had been removed in transit. Immediate replacement made. Beautiful gift - highly recommended.”

“Probably due to autocomplete, my order contained a clearly incorrect delivery address. Yes, I should have double checked, but a simple sense check at BoroughBox should have flagged the order at their end (the street name was a date for example). Item has not arrived as a result. Emailed customer services two weeks ago, but received no reply.”

“My parcel is very late (I placed my order 11 days ago) and I have received no update as to when it will arrive. You appear to still be taking orders from your website even though you ant deal with the ones youve got. Ive sent a query and not had any response . HIRE MORE STAFF !!”

“Good communication for all aspects from the seller. I was advised that the delivery may be delayed due to Christmas ordering but it was delivered faster than anything else I had ordered over Christmas so well done BoroughBox.”

“Good selection of products but was let down by the delivery. It arrived late, missing a crucial family event even though I ordered it a week in advance. I enquired in the run up to the date that it would still arrive and someone responded to confirm it would. After it didn't I sent several emails but never heard back. It arrived 3 days late.”

“The products were great and warmly received although there were some glitches with delivery. My main criticism would be that as the corporate section was shut the only way I could do multiple orders was by goin through the system for each individual order. Quite time consuming for twelve plus deliveries”

“I shopped on line for this gift for my son and his partner. The shopping experience was good and the website was very user friendly. Although I cannot comment on the content. “I ordered two boxes of Turkish delight, both as gifts at Christmas. They arrived very promptly but have not yet been given to the recipients. The boxes are very attractive - ideal as gifts and the product description (made in Turkey in the traditonal way) reassures me that the contents will be just as good.”
