“Food Service Direct makes it so easy to find and order Knorr Concentrated Chicken stock. This is my particular favorite for cooking. I honestly don't think I could cook without it.”

“Even though the frozen food was shipped next day UPS it arrived 4 days late with out ice and spoiled. The Customer Service is outstanding. A refund was issued in a prompt manner.”

“I rarely write a truly glowing review. But Food Service Direct deserves all the accolades I can bestow upon it. This company is a class act from start to finish. I began ordering 5 lb bags of shredded parmesan cheese from FSD when I discovered that my high-class local supermarket was putting more than a little wood fiber "filler" in its 5 lb bags of shredded parmesan and calling it an anti-clumping" ingredient. Food Service Direct sent me a 5 lb bag of Kraft shredded parmesan with no fillers in it whatsoever and guess what? No clumping! I order a 5 lb bag from FSD every few months now -- and I'm just a home cook. The orders always arrive promptly in a styrofoam container with plenty of ice packs. My only wish is that they would let me send the containers and ice packs back to them so they could reuse them. Love this company!”

“I have been ordering from Food Service Direct for three years. They have always been efficient handling the orders and stay stocked on products. In all these years I have only had one damaged box, customer service was very helpful and courteous, the situation was rectified within 48 hours. I highly recommend Food Service.”
