Good service and fast shipping the only thing I don't like is the cold pack fee for every cold item should be just one fee

Little bit pricy, but as I can’t find LeGout Pepper Relish anywhere else, worth it to me. This is a great tasting addition to any sandwich. Thank You Food ServiceDirect. Quick shipping and easy to use website. Will definitely shop again

I thought I ordered Maple Leaf Duck, but not sure if what I received was Maple Leaf or another brand.

Product was received in insulated packaging with dry ice, but the interior product package was not packed to prevent shifting and a third of the product was damaged.

I bought a product that I liked at a grocery store and when I went back to the store I couldn't find it anymore. When I searched, I found it at FSD so I ordered it. The price was better than anywhere else and delivery was reasonable. When the product arrived (chili lime pork skins) the flavoring on them was inconsistant and the first bag I opened was a little stale, which isn't FSDs fault. I would order from them again.

Packaging was poor. Looked like it was just thrown into a box. Alot of cases were just loose. Had to re -pack. Nothing was broken but took some time re-pack. Was on time though. Thanks Bill Capote

A little disapointed that many of the #10 cans were dented. The boxes they were sent in did not withstand the handleing durring shipping. Being rather heavy I think the shipper had trouble moving them.

I ordered a 10 pound box of FARMLAND 2 ounce Breakfast Sausages--I was sent a 10 pound Box of SMITHFIELD Breakfast Sausages--There IS a difference in the taste and. in addition, the Smithfield sausages were a bit spicy. You did a substitute without informing me. That's not a great way to do business!!!!!

Thank you for the feedback, ill be happy to assist. Our Smithfield products are listed under the name Farmland since Farmland Foods is actually owned by Smithfield Foods. While the packaging may have changed to reflect the Smithfield brand, the product inside is essentially the same as the Farmland sausages you've ordered in the past. I like being able to purchase bulk items restaurants use for home cooking. It may seem a bit pricey, but in the long run, it's cheaper to buy in bulk

Although I'm extremely happy with the product, the service could have been greatly improved. Despite my having placed the order and provided a credit card, more than 2 months passed before I finally received. I received regular emails asking if I still wanted the product; I always responded that I did. In fact, at one point, I initiated contact to find out if and when I would receive my order. I don't ever plan to order anything from you again.
