“Ordered/received 5 Dungeness crabs. The crabs were still mostly still frozen of good size, and seems to be of good quality 👌. My only complaint is that it cost $60 to have them shipped!! Other than the price of the crabs themselves (too expensive) I have no other complaints. At that price, I'm not sure I'll be ordering anymore Dungeness Crab from your company.”

We sincerely apologize. While we strive to be as competitive as possible our prices are not always as low as grocery stores. Prices on temperature-sensitive items also factor in the price of extra packaging for the items. We have a wide variety of products to fit all budgets. “Products are decently priced but they charge way too much for shipping which in turns essentially increases your product price (not making it a good deal). Even when you purchase multiple items your shipping doubles rather than being reduced. Will most likely not purchase other items due to shipping costs and will only buy the 1 item I can’t find anywhere else.”

“I like the fact that you can get the Jack mackerals for our family the only problem I have is the shipping time it takes too get us the item . it’s almost a month before we receive them that’s the problem we have . Shipping takes so long.”

“I was soo happy to see Foodservicedirect carried the hard to find containers I use for my product!! Shipping was fast and in a timely manner! They sent me 4 boxes but 5 arrived. I think 2 of my container boxes were shipped in one and wasn't taped well and UPS ruined the box, took out the two boxes and turned the one box into 2. One of those two boxes arrived with a hole punched in the side (UPS is really losing their minds on how they handle their packages) BUT when I checked the containers, they were not damaged by whatever punched the big hole in the side of the box. The only thing I can say would be better about ordering these containers is on the site, it would be nice if it had dimensions or to say these lids go with this container, this container goes with these lids. This is how many lids come in a box. I ordered twice as many lids as I did containers. I assumed there would be equal amounts of lids in the box as there would be containers in the box. Otherwise, LOVE this container and am VERY happy with my order!! Will be back for more!! Do not get rid of this item please!!”

“The product was a little different than the one I’m replacing. However, to the eye it looks the same. I’m using it on my gas fireplace which wasn’t what the knob was designed for. I took a chance when I purchased it.”

“I got my one order around Dec 20 something thing. and my other item is special order I got a email to my special order said it probably be sent Jan 2nd have not received it yet. It is Sea Crisp Rectangle Haddock Fishb.Do you know when I might receive this special order?”
