I purchased 50# of Sweetex shortening. The order came quickly. What I would change- the box the shortening was in was coming apart, held together by the shipping straps. I would be willing to pay the extra for the shortening to be shipped in a bucket. Great product!

Service is fast and ordering is easy. When I've needed customer support I was able to get in touch with someone through messaging and the follow up emails made sure I had documentation of the resolution. I'm able to find vegan products that are difficult to find through other services. I wish there was a way to return the styrofoam coolers used to ship cold products so they could be reused.

ordering was easy and the prices were good. I was a little surprised by how small the portions actually were (they seemed bigger online) and about 10% of them arrived damaged. Luckily there were more than I needed so it still worked out.

These tarts are very tasty but the packaging needs help. Each row had at least 1 broken tart. Then the bottom row had multiple broken ones. Just not the best bang for my buck.

Everything I received was great. However, I ordered another product, that I needed, that never arrived. Worst part nobody told be it wasn’t available till it was too late to replace it. I had to contact you to inquire where it was.

The flour arrived on time and I was happily surprised the bag was boxed. I had worried about the bag being shipped unprotected. I only learned to bake in the last 10 years but could never really get the results as the rolls and breads I knew as a kid with store bought bread flour. With this flour I can see now that I will be able to. I have used it 3 times and it has improved my results. The crumb is almost the same as I remember and the crust is getting close.

You need to box it better it was opened when I got it. The mail people don’t care they just throw it on your porch.

It would be nice to have the option to notify someone by email when an item that is out of stock has been restocked. Otherwisem I love your company.
