The products are absolutely wonderful, but they are quite expensive and you can buy locally much cheaper and the Shipping is off the scale so I have never bought unless it’s free shipping. But the products and the customer service are wonderful.

Quick shipment of my order. Biscuits arrived in excellent condition. The package was a styrofoam cooler. One side was kicked in. The entire package was held together by tape; however, the biscuits were perfect.

We sincerely apologize. While we strive to be as competitive as possible our prices are not always as low as grocery stores. Prices on temperature-sensitive items also factor in the price of extra packaging for the items. We have a wide variety of products to fit all budgets. Been waiting for small order since April 2024. Received one of 2 in timely manner but still waiting for rest of order and its June 3, 2024. Said was to be delivered back in May on June 2nd, Sunday, but have not received or heard anything else about order. Waiting patiently. Teresa G.

I have been a customer for some time now and have very good experience and a few that were immediately corrected and I appreciate that. They have improved hteir shipping methods and I have not had anymore thawed foods. The items I have purchased have been good quality and priced competitively. My only complaint is that some items are special order and it is a bit hard to tell which ones (maybe put in big red letters SPECIAL ORDER long wait times) So far over three weeks and still waiting. Other than that I am very satisified.

The product I purchased was very good and arrived completely frozen, however, the shipping charges seemed excessive ($58 shipping on a $90 item). Unfortunately, my local supplier is no longer able to get it so I had no choice but to order online.

We sincerely apologize. While we strive to be as competitive as possible our prices are not always as low as grocery stores. We only sell items by the case and do not have a large warehouse where we can keep excess. For that reason we are not always able to get things for the same price as a grocery store can. Prices on temperature sensitive items also factor the price of extra packaging for the items. I enjoy the service but wish there was a better and more cost effective way when delivering frozen products. I am sure the cost to ship them is very expensive for you and for customers. These styrofoam containers long term tend to pile up and very wasteful from an environmental standpoint.

This is better than my first experience, the delivery was timely. Also this time there was enough dry ice and the product was completely frozen. I am glad that I had a better experience

I've ordered multiple time from FSD and the quality of their products, as well as their customer service are top notch. The only criticism I have is that one of the products I repeatedly order (gelato) has arrived with damaged packaging all but one time; customer service has made it right (immediately) and sent a new one each time I've had to write/call in about it, so that definitely makes it a lot better, but there's got to be a better way to package/ship certain products susceptible to breakage during transit. Other than that, everything with FSD is great and I'll continue to recommend them to others, especially as long as the service remains top notch.

Dry ice bags were sliced open which led to the destruction of a quarter of my purchase. Although it was requested that the delivery be announced by a simply door bell, the delivery service failed to announcethe delivery. The email confirmation was greatly appreciated.
