“Hi the delivery was great in a timely manner the packaging was very well packaged. However the creamed spinach was extremely salty. I’ve ordered creamed spinach from other suppliers in the past, so just wondering if this is meant to be that salty?”

“All good, crackers are great. But, your delivery service left the box in the rain a few feet down my 800 ft driveway where as UPS, FedEx, DHL and Amazon deliver to my front door so as was the case today I do not have to go out in rain & snow to retrieve a box and then dry off the box and myself before opening the box. I won't buy from you again, promise.”

“I had to order a specific cereal in order to make my Chex mix using organic cereal I was glad I was able to order through this company since my grocery store no longer able to order it for me Thank you”

“For some reason the local markets no longer carry Maxwell Orange Cafe coffee in their international coffee selection. The price/can of flavors in this selection should be in the $3-4 range, but the price being charged on line by most sellers, including Amazon, are much above this. I was getting the larger multi packs from Amazon or Walmart, but then both also raised their prices considerably. Food Service Direct offered the best price for their multi-pack Orange, and the shipping is pretty good, but maybe a bit pricey. Even considering the shipping costs at Food Service Direct, in my last shopping that is were I found the best deal.”

“I ordered some rainbow cookies in October,they came right on time and no damage. I ordered rainbow cookies and pinch cookies in December,and was disappointed by the damage to the rainbow cookies. The delivery was on time for both orders.”

“Great service to receive frozen food Unavailable in my area. I ordered 2 flavors bulk Ming’s Bings, best plant-based, gluten-free—you would buy in a restaurant. Arrived fully frozen—only complaint is the packing of the pastries themselves—bags too big, so pastries all broken, then bags all split & the pastry crumbs filled the boxes😢 repacked all in ziplocks —much better bcgouce, or Maybe double bag in tighter bags so they can’t move & bags don’t open Quick customer service—had order question that received immediate email acknowledgment & easy call the next day”

“The product is wonderful, but I’m so disappointed in the delivery process, either you need to pack in smaller box and mark box this side up or do not flip box ? This is the fourth or fifth time I have received the packaging all broken, open up and spilled, thawed out. Maybe change deliverer.”

“Cookies taste great. However, I was shorted 6 cookies. Yes, I counted because they come jumbled together in a bag. So I separated them out into freezer bags by the dozen. Doing this allowed me to see that some cookies were missing. I know it’s not much but I do expect to get what I paid for.”
