“I received my package and shortly after I was notified that it had been delivered .It was packed nicely, and the sausage was frozen solid. The sausage was separated with wax paper.I will continue to order from this company in the near future.”

“I’m glad I can find the frozen food organic fruit/veg I need. But, I really wish they’d use recyclable packaging for shipping (like Northwest Wild foods or Daily Harvest.) Tye styrofoam is so wasteful.”

“your ordering system worked well, the delivery, however, took a little too long to arrive. luckily it was cold and the product was still mostly frozen. I'm looking forward to using your product however I still need a copy of the invoice please forward it as soon as possible thank you, Chef Larry”

Hello, Thank you for the feedback. Invoices can be found under your Account under My Orders next to the corresponding item once it has shipped. Items are only invoiced the evening the item has shipped and is combined into one invoice if there were multiple items shipped on the same order. Invoices also shipped with the order. “Excellent customer service, I accidentally received the wrong order , however the staff were super helpful, communicative and friendly. They placed the correct order and I received the shipment today. Food service direct kept me updated for shipping and tracking. Packaging is great and came on dry ice.”

“Food service is a great source to get bulk things but the prices are high. I started ordering a product from here back in July or August and when I looked to order again in November it went up $24/tub. It's making it hard for small businesses. Their customer service department is great.”

Thank you for the feedback. like many other stores, we are being hit with increasing costs as well. We hate to do it, but on occasion, we do have to raise prices. As the economy improves, we hope to be able to reduce the price not just on this product but on any other product that saw price increases due to high inflation.

“It arrived quickly, it’s was slightly defrosting when I arrived home approximately 15 mins later. It was fresh had a decent sweet taste although i must they were very small in size. Would like to have them be a little bigger and more consistent in size. You want your customers to each get equal portions in size and quantity. A lot of them I had to serve other way because some were really. Tiny overall I would purchase again and will be making a order soon.”
