“I purchased 5 pounds of the oat bran muffin mix. After being concerned about the expiration date I called to verify. The muffin mix was out of date by almost a year. I was shocked at the quality control. Always question dates that are confusing to understand.”

“Order #1002454388: Although the soups were wonderful and I paid extra for earlier shipping the 4 soup chafers were not able to be shipped on time. Mariah wrote:I am very sorry to inform you the Stainless Steel Soup Station Chafer is not eligible for expedited shipping. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and this has been reported. Once shipped, we will issue a partial refund for the expedited shipping cost paid for this item. I thought it meant it was not shipping. I ordered 4 chafers from Amazon for my event because I needed it by a certain date. I just received the chafers today 11/15/2023. I would like to return it but I was told that you are charging me a 20% re stock fee. WHY? you were not able to fulfill my order on time event though I paid extra. You did refund the shipping but the chafers were important. I hope we can fix this issue being that I am a first time customer.”

“I haven't have these crispy tails the same I was a little boy at school. More people then y'all think online have been searching for these. Y'all should sell the taco sauce that they served us in school it's just called taco sauce it's a white packet with little red dots. These would be perfect.”

“The delivery is quick and the product is wonderful. The only issue is the high shipping cost. My older brother is handicapped and he drinks the hormel mighty shakes for extra nutrition and to put on some weight. Thank you!”

“The product is wonderful, but I’m so disappointed in the delivery process, either you need to pack in smaller box and mark box this side up or do not flip box ? This is the fourth or fifth time I have received the packaging all broken, open up and spilled, thawed out. Maybe change deliverer.”
