“My clam strips and zucchini sticks were delivered on time and at a fair price. Shipping cost is a bit high on some items, but what isn't these days. The two boxes were shipped in a huge insulated cooler packed with dry ice. Everything arrived still frozen and in great condition (That alone is a miracle for UPS. This was not my f8rst purchase and definitely will not be my last. THANKS Food Service Direct for always being AWESOME”

“Delivery was on time and product arrived in great shape. But wish they would go back to shipping all product in one large box on a pallet instead of each individual box in a foam cooler. Unpacking 15 large coolers take a lot of time and are hard to get rid of.”

“Cookies taste great. However, I was shorted 6 cookies. Yes, I counted because they come jumbled together in a bag. So I separated them out into freezer bags by the dozen. Doing this allowed me to see that some cookies were missing. I know it’s not much but I do expect to get what I paid for.”
