The product is wonderful. Delicious cinnamon rolls. I would have liked a sheet of instructions included in the shipment and much more hot ice to keep the rolls frozen, but all turned out fine!

I placed an order and two days later (the day before I was supposed to receive them) I received an email that "due to supply chain issues" my order was canceled. Not delayed, or even on backorder, just canceled.

We pride ourselves on getting our customers what they need and we are sorry that could not happen here, due to unprecedented demands on our supply chain we were unable to fulfill your order as expected. Sometimes suppliers do not tell us an order is being cut until we receive our final delivery confirmation, usually on the day our order arrives to us. As per the listing items that are considered special order are ordered just for you and can take a little longer to arrive from our suppliers. Your item is due to arrive at our shipping facility on 11/06/2023, and will be shipped out to you shortly after it is processed. I have ordered over the last 2 years. The online ordering was a little glitchy at times, until recently. Thanks for updating your ordering system. Delivery has always been great. I believe that is part of you choosing UPS as your carrier. Most other restaurant services use FedEx, which is inferior!

I was so happy to find this product, but they sent the wrong item. Yes customer service for correction was super responsive and easy to work with for the error. However a week later and I still don’t have the correct product. It took less than 3 days to get the wrong product.

“FoodServiceDirect” went above and beyond when more than half my order was damaged in shipping, through no fault of their own. They re-issued that part of the order and it was here in TWO days! No additional charges-just the original amount.

I use carnation no added sugar breakfast powder from FSD because it has disappeared everywhere else. It always comes in a timely manner, well packed (other vendors failed there) and if I used more bulk items you would be my go to for sure!

Charged me for my order then said they couldn’t fulfill the order due to supply chain issues then failed to give me a refund. Still waiting and no communication or refund from them. Crooked company!! Beware
