I have a small business and we make our own sweet treat items. I have made a cookie for years that requires fruit-flavored marshmallows. I used the common citrus-flavored marshmallows until I found the Lucky Charms variety. My customers loved the flavor but I had difficulty finding them again. Upon an online search, I found your site and ordered a case plus a case of plain Jet-Puffed. I was extremely happy with the prompt delivery and the exceptional packaging of my order. Items that are considered special order are ordered just for you and can take a little longer to arrive from our suppliers. I do see that the item you ordered has a processing time of 3-4 weeks but I do see that it was shipped in 2 weeks and delivered to you soon after. I purchased a product I saw on their website and was sent a less expensive, different product from the same manufacture. It took many, many calls, and a lot of arguing before their customer service representatives would give me a credit and return the product. It was such a huge waste of time. All they cared about was figuring out if the manufacturer made the mistake or if they did not one of the four or five different people that I spoke to actually cared that I was the customer with the wrong product. The same product that they don’t have available is still on their website.

I ordered the 4oz breaded cod fish. They are beautiful and meaty, not too much coating. I was surprised how they looked after fried. This product excellent.

While I am very annoyed that this order sat unfulfilled for a week after it was placed and I was not notified that the order had been cancelled, when I finally reached customer service, the issue was explained promptly.

We pride ourselves on getting our customers what they need and we are sorry that could not happen here. Sometimes suppliers do not tell us an order is being cut until we receive our final delivery confirmation, usually on the day our order arrives to us. An email should have been sent to you by our purchasing team, I apologize if you did not receive it. We understand how frustrating it is to have an order cut due to the supply chain, we do everything in our power to keep you up to date on the status of your order.
