“We messed up and ordered way to many cases of chips/popcorn, thus I had to return 4 cases. Both of the people I communicated with on phone and email were very polite and were not your average customer service peeps. Thank you for making everything easy, and helping me out. Not an ounce of annoyance was ever displayed! I do believe Makiah was a return specialist? I might be wrong but anyways, Makiah was amazing. I don't remember the name of the person I spoke on the phone with, sorry!”

“6 days after ordering they alert me that they are out of stock; very poor inventory controls and fulfillment”

“Ordered chicken strips because my regular supplier was out for a month due to factory issues and it's a main menu item. It was scary because I'd never ordered from this company before, and they were frozen strips and I needed them to arrive frozen. Shipping info was a little disconnected, but eventually they arrived in great condition, frozen solid, travelling 1000+ miles and a few days with UPS!”

“I ordered 2 coconut cakes which were absolutely delicious. They came in a large styrofoam box packed with dried ice. I live in Florida and usually by the time the package arrives, the ice is completely gone, but with foodservicedirect, they packed it so well that there was still a lot of ice left and the cakes were still frozen solid. So much better than other companies. In addtion, the cakes arrived in record time. Once I ordered, they got here in no time. I am very, very pleased and will definitely order from them again!!!”
