I found the products I needed and no complaints at all with shipping! This was my first order from foodservice direct and I'm sure I'll order from them again if economy allows (not a reference to their pricing but to the times we live in)

was contacted by Food service direct to place order for product I had been looking for so I went on and ordered a product and at no time was it shown to be out of stock. Completed the order and it was several days later before I was contacted and told my order was cancelled because the product was not in stock and discontinued (which it is not)

Ordered two items...one shipping in a timely manner but the second took way too long. I had to contact FoodService Direct and ask about the rest of my order. Once I contacted them my item was shipped and received the next day! Customer service has greatly went down hill. Will have to ponder if I will reorder again. Likely not!!!

Hello, Thank you for the feedback. I took a look at your order and saw that one of the items that you ordered has a processing time of 3 business days. It was ordered and shipped out 3 business days later. I do see that when you spoke with our customer service agent your order arrived at our warehouse ready to be shipped to you. Products are wonderful, we have only most recently ordered items for breakfast sandwiches. The eggs are fantastic but many arrived fairly broken. Sausage patties we are very happy with but the order time was lengthy.

I made an order and then it was canceled because they did not have the item. I feel it was just to get my email address and keep soliciting me. I needed the item and I did not have time to order from another place.

I was attempting to get a product quickly to accommodate a customer ….. the reps from food service direct did everything they could to try to assist me however due to a misunderstanding on my part it was not in the cards to be able to review the product in time. The reps I spoke with were outstanding and compassionate and helped me through the process. Even though they didn’t make the sale and I cancelled my order they still made sure I was informed and up to date. I would give them more stars if I could, in 27 years of business I never had a better customer service experience then I did this time and all for nothing for the company in the end. Use their service you won’t be disappointed

Expiration date was 9/1/23, received 8/17. I wish it had a longer expiration date from received. They fixed the issue, great service!

Had a fraud alert from my bank. Destiny was able to clarify the charge right away. Turns out there was a shortage in product availability so I was only charged a fraction of the original agreement. They also gave me an unexpected new comer discount!
