“The product was fine. The problem with the payment was a nightmare. I had not ordered in a year. I used the same credit card but it was not accepted. I checked the bank, unlocked the account, and still would not accept the credit card. I had 2-3 direct conversations with Food Service Direct and still they would not accept the card. Very frustrated, so I used my personal credit card to pay for the product. I have never had this issue with FSD prior to this order. I hope that this does not happen next time or I will reconsider ordering product again.”

“My order is on hold because of "out-of-Stock" which is understandable as it is a popular item. FSD is excellent in letting you know the status of your order. I know as soon as the ordered item is back in stock I will receive it.”

“Almist all of the cans were dented up so badly, they were not stackable in my pantry. I have never received any canned foods as badly dented before...at least 19 of the cans. The bavarian Kraut is delicious, but I hope eating out of badly dented cans doesn't affect the product. I guess the box was too big and there was nothing inside to protect the cans.”

“I purchase few things periodically from this company. The only problem I face with one particular product is frozen cooked eggs, by the time they arrive more than half are broken to pieces. This company should consider a better packaging, overall I am Please with product and service. Thanks”

“I bought a special order from this company thinking they were wholesalers. The listing was unclear so I ordered 5 boxes thinking I would get 92 unit. I received 10. I don’t understand how as a wholesaler that you are listing the product for more than anyone on the market. I bought for an avg of $23 per item which is almost $10 higher than Publix, Walmart or Amazon. I just don’t understand the wholesale label.”

I took a look at your order I do see that you ordered the Cesar Simply Crafted 2 Four Flavor Wet Dog Food, 16 count. As per the listing, each case will come with 2 boxes of 8 cups totaling 16 cups per order. I also see you ordered 5 so you would receive 10 boxes of 8 cups.
