“The service was great the only problem is the time it takes too ship the item I ordered it takes a long time if you could shipping items in a shorter time that would be great but other than that it’s great because what I ordered your factory had it when no one else didn’t have it so thanks.”

“I got an email asking to change my review since my issue was “resolved” and NO I WILL NOT! I’ll leave another one because you guys sent me apple juice this time and it taste GROSS! I don’t understand I have NEVER had an issue with your company what is going on? This is ridiculous. In order from you because of my severe allergy issue and this is 2 times now that something isn’t right!!!!”

Thank you for the feedback. I'll be happy to help. I took a look at your order and I see that you requested for us to ship your temperature-sensitive Beef without refrigeration. Unfortunately, since this item is stated to be refrigerated on our listing and we try to uphold a certain quality standard with our orders, there is no way for us to send the shipment without any gel packs, even upon request. A manager will be in contact with you very soon, please be on the lookout for a call from us.

“Horrible taste. Ruined my sales. Company did not accept return and did not do anything to accommodate me as this purchase was expensive. So it was a total loss.”

“Very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly customer service. We use Food Service Direct for in-home purchases. Our package arrived with one broken item. This was the fault of the Carrier, not Food Service. Yet Food Service refunded the cost of the broken item immediately. Well be ordering more from this outfit....!”
